The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house close to the famous Passau Triple River Corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which temporary students noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so enough laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.
