We had a nice time in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, nothing is missing. Especially great were the activities suggestions for the surrounding area including guest card :)

We came for a winter sports holiday in Zell am See and Kaprun, but booked less than 2 months in advance. But we were lucky with this apartment. A quiet and beautiful location with all the comforts. We were finally planning on driving through the night to be able to spend an extra day on the mountain. We had asked if we could arrive earlier than the set arrival time of 3 pm, this was possible and we arrived at 5:45 pm. We were met at that time. Super flexible! The location is 5 to 7 minutes drive from the nearest elevator in Zell am See. Kaprun is about 20 mins. The bus station is across the river and is within walking distance. We will definitely be back here again!

We had a great time and felt very comfortable in this cozy, furnished accommodation with a lot of love for detail. In Mittersill you get everything you need and the list of things to do for families is long. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

What a jewel in the crown of this region! Viktoria was great, helped me alter my booking (when I got the dates wrong 🫣), was quick to answer with questions and proactive in sending information about the area. Sadly we had to leave early when one of our party broke his arm snowboarding but we will be back for sure! Thank you Viktoria, sorry I forgot to leave the bottle of Prosecco I promised you, just found it in my luggage 🙄🤣

This is a very comfortable apartment which is extremely clean and modern. The showers are excellent and the choice of a luxury bath too. The views are phenomenal and a very close location to the Town. The washing machine and dryer are a massive help when travelling with kids. This was very good value for money. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

We had a lovely week skiing and staying in this apartment. Lots of space and comfortable stylish furniture. We all loved it.

We were warmly welcomed by the family. They took the time to give us helpful tips and tell us interesting historical backgrounds about the city. The city itself is surprisingly charming. The apartment was clean and lovingly decorated. Everything was really thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garden with beautiful views is perfect for families with (small)children. We highly recommend this place and the hospitality of the family! It's a pity that we didn't stay longer. We were just passing through.

Hermann is an extremely attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is charming, well equipped and decorated with creativity, love and love for detail. We enjoyed the lamps and other wooden items made by Hermann himself. Even if the weather was not so great during our stay, we enjoyed just being in the house, especially in the cozy living room with the fire in the fireplace. We were there without a car and could easily walk along the river to Kufstein. Our dog was with us and loved chasing a ball in the fenced yard. We hope to return at some point for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

The place was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient for accessing the slopes, making it ideal for a ski trip. The internet was reliable, which was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

Johann and his wife are wonderful people, very kind and always with a smile, maximum availability for any help asked, we also had a problem with bicycles and he helped us promptly. Very clean house, very well-stocked and absolutely in a beautiful location, dining with a view so it's priceless. He has several animals and our baby was very happy to approach them and play with them, lots of activities nearby, small pool to cool off after days walking in the mountains, supermarkets 5km away... we will definitely be back, hopefully soon!!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Gabriele’s apartment in Kitzbühel! From the start, she was a wonderful host—communicative, friendly, and incredibly helpful with local tips. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the town center, ski lifts, and scenic hiking trails. The views from the apartment were stunning, making mornings with a coffee on the balcony a real treat. Everything was well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return on my next visit to Kitzbühel! Thank you, Gabriele, for a wonderful experience!

The stay with Diana at the apartment was wonderful. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Highly recommended for four people as well as two babies. Communication with Diana was excellent. Uncomplicated and at the same time she gave us great tips for the area. Since Diana lives over it in the apartment, we were also able to get to know her in person. She was very helpful, communicative and there for us with any concerns the entire time. The house is located near a rushing creek. For us and our babies, the perfect background noise for a relaxed, restful sleep. In the village itself there is a general store for daily fresh rolls (except Sundays) and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it is recommended by car to explore the region (we were on site in the second half of September).

Susan's apartment is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. The condominium's sauna is excellent and there is a great swimming pool. Flachau's amazing ski slopes can show new and new for up to a week. Susan is a great host, quick to respond, and accurate. We had a great time and will definitely be back. It was a super siege! Apartment as shown in the photos. Bathtub, cozy beds, balcony with afternoon sun, internet👍. Accessibility ski resort Ski Amade without a car with a 10-minute walk and ski bus (about hourly) possible, but with some effort (which can be reduced if you want to afford a ski depot on the lift😆).

Wonderful location even in summer. Not close to any grocery store but there are enough stores at the base of the mountain. Very clean and has all that you want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony and a lot of light coming in from the windows. Separate WC from the bath is also a plus point.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!
