A real gem with nostalgic charm! We enjoyed our stay in this old mill. If you appreciate a cozy, authentic atmosphere in a modernized old building, you will immediately feel comfortable. The house exudes a special charm reminiscent of past times and offers everything one needs for a relaxing break. We were particularly enthusiastic about the location: right outside the front door there are beautiful hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers ;-). In wintertime, the Lofer and Steinplatte ski resorts are easily accessible. Smaller ski areas are very close. The furnishings are older, clean and very well maintained. The outdoor area is large and invites you to relax and play. All in all, a great place for those looking for something special. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Fantastic stay in a beautiful lodge! We had a wonderful time at Josef's place. The lodge is beautiful and equipped with every comfort: upon arrival, the beds were already made, there were towels ready and there is even a dishwasher. The view is breathtaking, with a beautiful panorama over the landscape and the mountains. During our stay there was snow, which really made it a winter wonderland. The location is perfect: you can get into nature directly from the cottage for a nice forest walk, and just 5 minutes away is a toboggan run – ideal for some extra fun in the snow! In short, a fantastic place where we definitely want to come back. Thank you, Josef, for hospitality!

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

We had a great time in Abtenau. The place was very large and beautifully renovated. Everything was very clean and tidy. Hans took care of us very courteously and everything was very flexible. Highly recommend :)

We stayed with 8 people in Margit's great place. A cute apartment in the middle of two old courtyards in a sweet Austrian village. Each room with its own bathroom, which is great after skiing. Everything is as described and super clean and comfortably furnished. Margit always answered all questions and the check in and check out were easy. Bakery 1 min. and supermarket 3 min. walk. Ski resort Wilder Kaiser can be easily reached by car 30 minutes. Margit's kitchen had everything we needed to have a cozy dinner for 8 dinner in the evening. The TV in every room and the wifi were great for the kids. We didn't miss anything, it was a wonderful holiday with Margit. We are looking forward to looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time with our family (with 2 daughters aged 15 and 17) with Peter. The accommodation is about a 3-minute drive to the Steinbergbaan (it is also a walk but a bit on the steep side). We loved the location, it is private and yet you look out on the slopes. The sauna was a real gift after a day of skiing. Will definitely come back here again for sure.

A perfect retreat for ski enthusiasts! The location on the mountain allowed for effortless access to the slopes. Rooms were excellently equipped, and the panoramic view of the snowy landscape was breathtaking. An unforgettable stay for anyone looking for the perfect mix of coziness and skiing fun. The ski ins and ski-out for the slopes could only be partially used due to bad weather. But that was not a problem as there is a ski bus that runs in the morning and evening. We'd love to come back! :)

Near the Alpine, a lot of attractions near the Alpine, it's a good place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood. This time, it's a pity to stay for a day, otherwise you'll love this place more... It's very close to the city's supermarket. It's easy to get up in the morning and you can hear the sound of the water and the birds. It's even better.

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

We had a fantastic weekend at Uschi's cabin! The location was simply fantastic – in the middle of nature including a magnificent mountain panorama. The cabin itself is very spacious, both in terms of amenities and in terms of space. We have already rented some cabins, but this one was by far the most spacious and all in all very cozy and welcoming. Communication with Uschi was also smooth and uncomplicated. Therefore, we can only recommend a stay here and would rent the cabin again at any time should we hike in the area.

This is a beautiful old wooden house in the mountains with plenty of space around it and a great view. When you enter you go back in time. The wood-fired stove is fantastic and outside is a nice fire pit where you can also barbecue. Drinking water is straight from the mountains. Matthias is a friendly host who helps you well in terms of the details of the house and the area. We had a very nice week at this special place. The area is a paradise for hikers and climbing routes are nearby between 30-60 min drive by car.

Really a very nice location with a lovely view. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. Even sharp knives ;-). We liked to use the barrel sauna, even if the sauna stove cost us a few nerves. Host was quick to answer any questions and extremely friendly. Since we were in the cabin in the fall, it was quite cool. Warm blankets are plentiful and the house gets warm quite quickly due to the oven in the kitchen. The farmed neighboring farm can hardly be perceived by the grounds and offers the advantage of warm kitchen, a playground for the children, as well as 3 cute pigs. I would highly recommend this home.

Lovingly decorated and clean place. We had a smooth check-in and very nice hosts. We fully recommend the accommodation and look forward to our next ski holiday in the cozy cabin :-)
