Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa 250m2, right by the sea, has 5 double rooms with bathroom, large living room, all rooms have sea views and/or terraces. Direct access to the beach, renovated 2021, very quiet surrounding, large terrace and garden, barbecue, 3 parking place, ideally located on the sea. Fully equipped summer kitchen 30m2 with covered terrace. 2x SUP, hot tub 4 persons, boat 5 meters with engine(5 HP). The property has 790 square meters which is just enough for everyone to find their own "peace of haven".
