Vacation rentals with a patio in Žedno

Good communication in advance, so it was easy to get there by car. Very warm welcome, we felt at home from the beginning. The location is very nice and quiet and the view of the sea from the apartment is fantastically beautiful. The apartment is as stated in the description, the supermarket and the house beaches are within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We can only recommend this apartment. Everything is perfect, always happy to come back.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were kindly cared for. The accommodation was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We will be happy to come back. Ivanka was always available and friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

An apartment with everything you need, a little far from downtown but recommended.

We are so happy we chose Merimas place! Everything was clean and nice! She welcomed us and we immediatly felt like we are at home. Definitely we recommend staying at Merimas place! You will not regret this! Merima was so lovely! Thank you so much for everything!

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

We had a fantastic time. The place Milna with great restaurants (fish, Dalmatian specialties, great local wines) can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The house itself was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped (Jaccuzi) and completely sufficient. The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay has a fantastic pool, a covered area and private access to the sea. Communication with Enis&Jasmina could not have been better - always available, always friendly and accommodating. It couldn't have been better! We will definitely be back!

A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and calm neighborhood and next to the beach, and close to the forest. Unfortunately, there is no shops near the apartment. When we arrived everything was clean and consistent with the description.

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Amazing stay at Zeljanas , she was the most lovely host I've ever met, made us feel at home straight away! She went above and beyond for us, we had everything we needed and more. Very responsive to messages :) The apartment was super clean, up to date and comfortable. A 10 minute uber ride into the center and a huge shopping mall only 10 minute walk away. Theres a free car parking spot right outside the apartment which was also a bonus. Bed was super comfy, slept well every night! I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Split or nearby , can't fault anything :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Ante’s place, it had everything we needed and we loved the view from the terrace and the tranquility! The small pebble beaches of Vinišće are a 10 minute walk away, as are the local restaurants and mini-mart so everything is on your doorstep. The apartment is clean and spacious, kitchen is very well equipped and the espresso machine was a great bonus. Ante was a great host, very communicative and accommodating throughout. He provided a cot bed for our 2 year old which was perfect. The place was easy to find driving from Split airport using google maps, even at night. Follow the parking instructions to use the dedicated space across the lane from the house.

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

Everything was so nice with this place! The house’s owner was Marko’s dad and he was very helpful, friendly with everything. He checked us in and gave us simple helpful instructions, he also prepared a fruit plate and 2 beers for our arrival, that was already the cutest! He invited us for wines and checked on us if everything was good. We also had a really nice breakfast in his place one morning. He made this experience better. The house is very modern and tidy, everything was very clean. You have a personal parking spot for yourself and the house has 2 terrace with incredible views. Thank you for everything, sehr gerne wieder!

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday at Josipa's place. She is a very good host and always eager to meet all expectations. She is always available and immediately helps with any problems and requests. The location of the apartment is great, you walk across the street and you are already by the sea. A terrace where you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the view of the sea is included. Very close are a bistro ( Val), which we highly recommend and a bit further there are different shopping opportunities in both directions. In the apartment is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, only 1 room is a bit noisy… to the nearest neighbors. Otherwise everything is great.

Another great stay at Niki's fantastic apartment. The apartment was really clean with everything you could possibly need. The couch & the beds were really comfortable. Within walking distance of the ferry, bus station, shops & cafes & of course the beach. Communication is always excellent & Larissa went above & beyond to accommodate our needs, she is amazing! I really recommend a stay in this apartment & hope that we will be back....thank you Niki, Larissa & Larissa's mum 😀😀
