Wonderful Stay with Minor Room for Improvement. I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name] and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The location, cleanliness, amenities were all excellent, and I truly appreciated staff's accommodation for late night entry. However, there were a couple of minor shortcomings that could be addressed to elevate the guest experience even further. For one, the mini-fridge in my room was unfortunately not functioning. A working mini-fridge would be a welcome convenience, especially for short-term stays where guests might want to store drinks or snacks. Additionally, having a fan in the room would be a nice option for guests who prefer more air circulation. Overall, my stay at Barwaaqo was very positive. The minor issues mentioned are easily remedied, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. In

spacious, nice apartment - but more importantly, zemzem answered all my questions, and helped in any way she could. Kind host, and would recommend her place.

I LOVED my time in Hargeysa and one of the main reasons for that was my stay at Diamond Hotel. I can recommend it to business and adventure travellers alike! I stayed in Hargeysa for 16 nights during a research trip. As a student, I was just looking for a cheap and safe place to stay but Diamond Hotel Hargeysa exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is located in Hero Awr, a very safe and central neighbourhood. I was walking around the area during the evening hours and never had any issues. Transport (bus/taxi) to the city centre is cheap, widely available and takes about 10 minutes. Diamond Hotel was only built 8 months ago so everything is very new and modern. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely. The WiFi is reliable and surprisingly really fast. I was able to have Skype calls with my friends back home without any interruptions. The hotel's own 24/7 restaurant is one of its main advantages. The food is very tasty and at 2-5$ per meal cheaper than a lot of alternatives around the city. The best thing about Diamond Hotel, however, is not the modern rooms or the restaurant, but the owners and the staff, who go out of their way so that you have the best time possible in Hargeysa. Need to have your laundry cleaned? Need a printout of important documents? Need to have a hole in your backpack fixed by 4 a.m.? The diamond staff will help you as best as they can. The owners are well connected with the important people in Hargeysa and helped me a lot with the conduct of my research. Also they took me around the city and even out of Hargeysa. I actually felt more like a friend than as a normal hotel guest. Thank you so much Yusuf, Mustafe and the rest of the team for 16 great days in Hargeysa. I will definitely come back soon!
