Lovey and peaceful location and exactly what we needed for a nights stay. Beautifully presented and clean property and easy to find . Highly recommend it as a place to stay to explore The New Forest / Paultons Park .

We had the loveliest stay and would have loved to have stayed longer. The cottage is warm and cosy, tidy and uncluttered, and feels so homely. It has all you could need for a really comfortable stay and we felt so rested. The location is brilliant and Caroline gave some great recommendations. We loved the Vibrant Tap (microbrewery in Lyndhurst) and Renouf's for food. Also Merrits coffee longe in Ashurst, for the most incredible home made cakes. This is a very special place and we would return in a heartbeat. Oh, just one thing... It's worth taking a torch if you plan to venture out at night, as the lane is very dark indeed, and streetlights few and far between on the main road into town.

Spotless, felt like home. Lovely flat in a lovely village The kitchen tap was great fun and screamed at you every time we flushed the loo. Apart from that all was very perfect.😘😊

Louise was super friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Very cosy and clean barn with helpful info that we used for planning our days out. Perfect location to the New Forest! Massage treatment was also wonderful! Made to feel very comfortable and relaxed in the therapy room on farm.
