Great facilities very clean and quiet

Really quickly felt right at home. Steve was incredibly welcoming in all his communication. I felt very trusted and comfortable here. Really comfortable bed, peaceful sleep, cosy house and really conveniently located - I walked to the co-op and back in less than 10 mins when I forgot something to go with dinner. Easy to get to from the M1 or A57, and excellent for then escaping into the Peak District without the cost of staying there. All round, it was a really positive stay and experience.

This is the second time we booked with Andy. The location was perfect for us and close to shops. The apartment was clean and secure and Andy responded within 30 min to any requests.

We stayed at Richards place as we were visiting family in Sheffield. The property was just as described in a very quiet cul de sac. Richard gave good instructions on how to find the place and we had a comfy stay. The house was very clean and warm on arrival. If I need somewhere to stay next time I'm in Sheffield I wouldn't hesitate to go back
