Ace’s home is the perfect to stay in downtown Versailles! Plenty of room to spread out and very comfy for our 3 night stay exploring Woodford County. Highly recommend!

Floretta is amazing! Her house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. She gave great directions to the house. Gave lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat. When we arrived we noticed the attention to details. She had a variety of snacks, lots of information on local things to do. The home is in a peaceful valley where we could enjoy our morning coffee while on the deck listening to the birds singing. We look forward to staying there again!

We absolutely loved this apartment and did not want to leave! Close to Keeneland and convenient to all the major horse farms we came to visit. We will be back!

Marina's Bluegrass Cottage is a true Airbnb treasure located in a truly enchanting farm setting. With breathtaking panoramic vistas and world class sunset viewing from the kitchen window and back deck we found it hard to pull ourselves away from the cottage to explore the rest of the surrounding beauty this region offers. If tranquility and a peaceful experience are what you are seeking, Marina's cottage is for you. The cottage itself is immaculate with all the comforts of home. The amenities are modern and comprehensive. Check-in was a breeze and the host's communication and responsiveness were excellent. Another big plus is the convenient access to exploring Lexington and other nearby charming towns while feeling a million miles away from the city once back at Marina's retreat. We are so pleased with our decision to book at the Bluegrass Cottage and hope to visit again soon!
