Great place! Lots of space and was perfect for our stay.

House was very nice. We had a large group meeting half way between South Dakota and Iowa and it had more than enough room for our large group to celebrate our Christmas. The kids really enjoyed all the games downstairs, pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc. Tons of room on the main floor to have multiple card games going at once at two separate tables. Couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Every family had their own room and plenty of bathrooms.

This was a great location for our visit with our college boys at Morningside University. House was clean and fit our needs.

My daughters and I loved staying at Britney’s place! The house was comfortable, spacious, and homey, which is exactly why I love short-term rentals vs hotels. The choice of coffee makers with coffee available for both is a lovely touch, and the upper level space was a dream for my girls. The pool table in the basement was also a huge hit! We slept well and left feeling like we’d made a great choice. We would choose to stay again if we’re back for another weekend in the future!
