Cottage vacation rentals in Wolfville

We had a wonderful family getaway with our kids and our cat. The house is warm and welcoming, with an amazing view of the lake. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, and the air hockey table was a fun way to spend time with the kids. We lit the fireplace, watched a movie, and ended the night cozied up with our two boys and our cat. It was a truly relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended! Georges is a kind and attentive host who checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful spot much smaller in real life but because it was so well curated it didn’t even matter. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We had the opportunity to stay at this charming home/cottage and loved everything about it. My family and I loved the location...on a mountain on the Bay of Fundy. This well stocked home had everything we needed; super comfy beds, lots of seating, a gas stove, a well stocked kitchen, and the cottage decor continued to put a smile on my face. There was a fire pit, a fireplace, heat pumps, a beach within walking distance and a hot tub! What more could one ask for?! This was my first Airbnb experience and Jessica made it easy for my family and I to enjoy it. I highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy property near the ocean. A few things to keep in mind: the hot tub is not accessible if you have mobility issues, you need to bring your own wood for the fire pit, dogs are allowed but are not allowed on the furniture, the upstair two bedrooms were hot, and you are nestled between other properties. Overall, we loved it and hope to return again.

This chalet is beautiful!!! My teammates and my parents really enjoyed our stay, we loved the hot tub!! It was so peaceful and quiet, if you do walks, it’s sooo relaxing!! I fell in love with the kitchen!! Host is very friendly and responses quick!! :) I recommend staying here, a 100% satisfaction and I’d definitely come back here if I ever have the next opportunity :)

Magical location perched right on the lake. Super private. Absolutely spotless. Kitchen very well stocked with all sorts of dishes, bowls, cooking utensils. Surprisingly large bathroom (and so many clean towels and face cloths) Host was super responsive. Wood stove kept the place today warm all weekend. Loved that the deck deck was entirely gated so we could let our dog out. everywhere on We plan to return!

This was an excellent stay. The cottage was beautiful and well stocked! The location on the lake was perfect, and the neighbouring cottages were very friendly and peaceful. The internet service was great, and there was plenty to do around the cottage. The interior was very cozy and welcoming. We stayed with a group of 7 very comfortably!

Beautiful location, great beach for rock collecting with low tide. Socal table restaurant was very close and delicious. Not far from Lobster Pound which we enjoyed. Cottage is rustic, initially not sure about the outdoor shower as the weather was cool but it was worth the experience. We kept the wood stove going as it was cool the first night. Not your typical Airbnb stay, but worth it!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house. The property is absolutely stunning—immaculately landscaped, with a spacious lawn leading right to the lake and a lovely sandy beach. The grounds were ideal for families, with lots of room for the kids to run, play, and even ride their bikes on the hard surface areas. In the evenings, the adults enjoyed gathering around the fire pit—it was the perfect spot to unwind. Inside, the home was just right for our large family gathering. We had four couples and five little ones, and the space worked beautifully—comfortable, open, and thoughtfully laid out for both togetherness and relaxation. Caitlin was a fantastic host—so easy to communicate with, warm, and responsive. The whole experience felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than staying in a typical rental. It was charming, cozy, and truly special. We’re already looking forward to the chance to return!

Wendy's cottage on the east bank of the Bay of Funday was marvellous. I stayed in October and the drive to / from the cottage was picturesque and beautiful, and the cottage and property was perfect for me and my dogs. Walkable, sometimes windy - as the Bay of Fundy is, and beautiful. Stone cottage had great WIFI and I slept beautifully in the bed. Will be back!

Our family and dogs enjoyed our comfortable stay at Amy’s! It was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the rainfall shower head was a nice touch! Amy was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed :) would highly recommend

We absolutely loved our Thankgiving weekend at this cozy cottage. The fire was going when we arrived which was a lovley touch on a cold day. The view and the beach were beautiful, the cottage had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Thank you for sharing your lovley spot with us. We would love to return!!!

Great location, walking distance to beach access, and close to town. Very comfortable king size bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing week. Brought our bikes and visited the unesco site, beaches and vineyard for wine tasting and charcuterie board. Highly recommend this piece of paradise.

What an amazing, relaxing few days. The cottage was well stocked with all the essential items, beds were cozy and the lake was amazing.

We really loved staying in this home. The views from the master bedroom and from the dining room were really beautiful and seeing the sunset looking out over the water was especially lovely. The place was clean and comfortable, well taken care of, and little details made it a very nice place to stay. The setup feels very spacious and open, and there were even games to play during a rainy day. I’d say the home is even nicer looking than the photos. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking, plenty of counter space for food prep, and storage space for groceries as well as a dishwasher and coffee making supplies. We have long been fans of the local area and had no trouble finding places for nice meals as well as great hikes. Groceries are readily available in Canning or New Minas and the local Canning grocery had very tasty and inexpensive pizzas. Communication with the host was easy and friendly and the lock box set up worked just fine so our arrival time could be flexible.

Kit’s home was better than the photos. Quiet location, beautiful view and very clean and cosy. Kit was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend her home.

We had an amazing time. To be able to stay in a house so old it really is a privilege. We love that your place has so much character and history.
