Monthly Rentals in Witter Springs

Home was amazing , Infact it was better than how it looked in the photos . Our group had really good time here , very convenient for large gatherings . The outside view was amazing and it was in a calm hill where you wouldn’t see any neighbors in 2 mile radius and you can spot animals like deer, coyote. Host gave clear instructions about all of these right after booking was made so there were no surprises , Overall had great experience here , only thing that I want to call out is this home is 2 mile up hill in pretty decent elevation that you have drive in rural road (loose gravel road) , so prepare to take AWD car on rainy days . We have issues in getting couple of cars up in the hill but we figured a way out, but other than that I would totally advice this home if you looking for a nice big different architecture home .

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The River House. The house is beautifully architected, the property is serene, and we had fun with the games and kayaks on site. Nancy is a gracious and helpful host.

Deborah’s place is so cozy! She is also so friendly and accommodating. This is the second time I’ve stayed and will be back again. The unit is so cozy and quiet. Bed is super comfy!

Quiet location close to the center of town. Well equipped kitchen for making simple meals. Comfortable bed and clean restroom. Wifi is sufficient for work and gaming. Easy to find location due to a bright red address number sign easily visible from the street. Parking available in dedicated parking lot for the complex. The best part was the professionalism of the hosts and ease of booking and checking out.
