Vacation rentals in Winter Harbour

Great place with a beautiful view. Inside was clean and had all the amenities. Right on the water and secluded in the forest away from noise! One of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at so far. Lorrene provided clear instructions on how to find the place along with local recommendations which made my stay easier. Will definitely stay here again if I come back next year!

Beautiful town and surroundings - great comfortable place to stay

Our stay at Kimberley’s place was very comfortable. The best pillows for sure ! The beds were extremely comfortable. We had my aunt with us , who has lots of pain issues and she said the bed was the most comfortable bed ( aside from her own) that’s she’s ever slept in ! She shower was fantastic! We loved the pressure. The whole place was very nicely decorated and had a very homey feel. We would definitely book again ! Thank you for the great experience during our stay. Shandi

Every morning, I woke up to the sounds of waves and the sight of a picturesque sunrise that took my breath away. The hosts were absolutely spectacular. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing great local recommendations. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The space itself was cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing getaway. This is a charming and cozy little cabin that's got everything you'll need! This may be surprising, but, it's bigger than it looks in the pictures. It also came with some nice extras: tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Plus duck eggs in the fridge! We hope to visit again next time we want to visit the area.

We had a peaceful rest in a lovely little town. We walked to get groceries and had everything we needed to,prepare dinner. After a great sleep there was tea, coffee and even oatmeal, which allowed us to have a leisurely morning before heading out. I’d recommend the suite.

Ruth's home was lovely to stay at! It felt very homey and clean. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. All the decor was nice and was interesting to look at. The covered deck with the view of the water was great too. Ruth was responsive to messages and let us rent her kayaks as well as lending us some fishing equipment and giving us some tips on good spots to fish and paddle. We loved our time in Port Alice and staying here was a big part of that.

Exemplary accommodation with breathtaking views and a kind and responsive host, always quick to respond to queries. Take yourself to Alert Bay and experience this lovely place when you can! Steps from whale watching tour - and the grizzly bear trips will collect you here too. You don’t really need a car and the ferry is easy. Loved this place and would love to return with my extended family - thank you, John 🙏

Cabin was great looked like on photos. Felt recently renovated. Bathroom doesn’t have “roof” which is tiny bit inconvenient. Also keys are very easy to discharge, but the host is very responsive and fast to help.
