Emilia has a beautiful home at the gates of Warsaw. If you are looking for a quiet area, for example with family + children, this is a very nice living situation. The house is cozily furnished (with fireplace and large couch) and has a special charm. The children use the garden to play in. The place is a single-family house settlement, but Emilia's house is in it like a beautiful island. A great, large children's playground (Park Glinianki) is within walking distance, as is a great pastry chef (Cuckiernia Babeczki). The direct S-Bahn to Warsaw city center is within walking distance, but you can also explore Warsaw in about 30 minutes by car. Emilia or her mother are always available at short notice and make every effort to respond to what guests want. A successful stay for us!

Amazing stay and amazing host! We couldn’t imagine a better stay. The flat was exactly what we needed in perfect condition and great location, close to well-stocked store, restaurants, shopping centre, and walking distance to CZD. We’ve had everything we needed in the flat to have a comfortable stay. The host was the best host I’ve ever had. So nice and helpful. We could have asked anything and we would get an answer straight away. Maciek was always ready to give advice on what is around or assist with the amenities within the property. Great stay!
