Monthly Rentals in Whitcomb Bayou

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

This was our 2nd year to stay at Thomas’ and Ann’s home. This year our 2 children and their spouses came for a few days. It worked okay with 6 adults, but the small bedroom with the trundle bed is very tight when the bottom mattress is pulled out. It would be great for kids, and we made do. It is a peaceful area and a nice sitting area outside. We hope to return.

We stayed at Debbie’s lovely home in Tarpon Springs for a week and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with flowers and chocolates. The house was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything we could possibly need was fully prepared — from kitchenware, pots and pans, to everyday essentials. The stove and cooking setup were easy to use and made it a joy to cook meals during our stay. Debbie truly thought of every little detail, and that made our time here incredibly comfortable. The location was also ideal — very convenient for exploring all the attractions in and around Tarpon Springs. Also, Debbie was always quick to respond and communicated clearly, which made everything smooth and reassuring. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. I would absolutely love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much, Debbie!

Our stay at Nina and Bob’s exceeded our expectations. We were in the heart of Tarpon Springs and it was very walkable to everything we wanted or needed to do! The neighborhood was very cute and the neighbors were so friendly! The place was just as described. I find that if you plan on being out exploring throughout the day (which you should if you are in Tarpon Springs!) that this tiny oasis was more than fitting and super affordable. There was an outside seating area where you could sit (and with your pets like I did!) and just crack a cold beverage and bask in the sun ☀️ I was able to bring my two small fur babies and they loved walking through the neighborhood and sitting in the outside area. I highly recommend their place, Nina was super responsive and always checking in to make sure my stay went well. We will DEFINITELY be back ☺️🥳
