Monthly Rentals in Westminster

Mike's place was clean, comfortable and had extra little touches that made our stay great. We all loved the shower and the very comfortable beds. Only complaint, as others stated, the constant creaky, scratching sounds coming from the upstairs neighbors during the nights. Luckily we bring our white noise machine so we were able to sleep through it. Overall, we would definitely book Mike's place again!

Brandy’s place was not only beautiful, but it was quiet, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We stayed for a month and I would stay here again and again! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and linens were clean when we arrived. I highly suggest you stay here if you’re in the area and need a comfy place for a short or long stay! Brandy was very responsive with anything we needed! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Was very happy with our stay on Nima’s property! It was very easy to find (even at midnight when we got there) and there’s plenty of parking right out front of your unit. The inside is exactly as pictured and the private outdoor area is great to hang out in. This unit had complimentary coffee, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, an incredibly comfy bed, and one of the nicest showers I’ve ever been in! Definitely would stay again in a heartbeat next time we’re in Denver.

This place is very nice and very spacious. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs to run around in. Rishabh and the upstairs tenants were all very friendly. It’s a peaceful area that’s convenient for going into Denver or going into the mountains by car. We had a great stay here!
