Olsotowa House

WegnerRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Julius the caretaker was very helpful throughout our stay. A humble calm man and very responsive. Doris too was charming on phone and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. The place is very exquisite, relaxing and serene... I would recommend it over and over.

Glass House - eye candy

BennonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Where do I even begin? I booked the 'Glass House - Eye Candy' for the missus, for her birthday weekend away; something different from the norms of conventions of dining out and a dance, & immerse her a bit into my world of R&R. It’s a unique place with a quirky blend of Afro-Western design that draws you to the surrounding nature, but as a beach lover, she loved it, to say the least. The pool and the fireplace were amongst her favourite features. It's a place to immerse yourself completely into the forgotten art of completely switching off for relaxation. The hosts were flexible, courteous, and effectively communicative, & agreed that close family would join her in cutting the birthday cake, which was fabulous! I highly recommend it, especially for couples or young families in other houses like ‘The Pool House’ or if you need a bit of quiet, a cooling dip and a bite at Rolf’s Place away from the city. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We'll be back again for sure.

Cozy cottage with a forest view next to the park

GarethRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Nestled perfectly where the city meets the countryside, this beautifully constructed A-frame house offers an idyllic retreat. The location is private, secure, and exudes tranquility. I was so captivated by the serene surroundings that we extended our stay to immerse myself in nature a bit longer.

Self Contained Serene Suburban Studio Room

BethRating, 5 stars13 months ago
As a Kenyan who now lives abroad, I look forward to unwinding when I get home. Agnes's charming studio, nestled in her home compound, offers tranquility. I relished the greenery and the fruits generously provided by Agnes. If you adore dogs, you'll adore Teana, the family dog, who greets you with morning hugs—an endearing aspect of my stay. Joan, who often cares for your space, is consistently helpful, courteous, and lovely. Her son Anthony was also a great support, ensuring everything was handled promptly. Whenever you request something, the family promptly responds, making your stay comfortable. Overall, it's a delightful place for digital nomads who appreciate nature and serenity. Getting an Uber to different parts of Nairobi is easy, so there's no hassle. I highly recommend the space to anyone; I had a lovely time.

The Cave on Champagne Ridge, Romantic, Views

NoraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend just to catch a break. The house is perfect for that. We came before the rain and during the day it can get quite hot but the views are beautiful. The shower is very special and works well. The cabin’s in nature so a few creepy crawlies are to be expected but everything was clean and comfortable. Deborah was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely want to come back!

Amazing stay with great views and a lovely aesthetic. The host was also great with communication and the place looks even better in person. Perfect for a romantic get away or some peace and solitude in the sun.

Mirror House - magical mosaic

DariaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent a lovely weekend at Kitengela which is quite far from the main attractions but has something to offer itself. We spend most of the time near the pool and in the surrounding park. I also recomment to try the bridge and glass experience. The house and the pool are marvelous and well equiped, the only problem is the monkeys which are very intrusive and in the morning we werr a bit scared when they were all over the house. I think you need to instruct people how to behave in such situations
