Thanks for the stay, the property was a great place to sleep while in town for a weekend event. Quick walk across to the street to the beach and restaurant. Would have loved to pay a bit extra to check out later, due to a late night flight, but understood.

Very aesthetically appealing. Close to a plaza with multiple restaurants (food court style) and the condominium is connected to a convenience store. Not as busy as San Jose area, the one con I have is it’s noisy with the vehicle traffic outside. However, the host did provide earplugs but just a heads up to the next guest. Overall great stay !

Ben was a great host, super friendly and always available if I needed anything. The views from the unit were absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Brickell, with great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife all around. Plus, the building’s pool and spa are great! Highly recommend staying here—I'll definitely be back!

We loved the apartment, very comfortable, had everything we needed, great location. The fans were very noisy.

This place was amazing! I had my bachelor party here during Super Bowl weekend and the place easily fit 10 guys. We could have comfortably fit way more people. The primary bedroom is absolutely massive. Not to mention all the cool things that are available in the home: grill, arcade, projector, tvs in every room, hot tub and more. I highly recommend stay here.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially loved pool, hot tub, backyard the cozy fireplace. I seriously loved every minute of my stay and can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate you won’t regret it!

Jacuzzi on terrace was lovely. The view from the terrace and jacuzzi was amazing! Gil was a responsive host

We stayed here before leaving for a cruise, and it was perfect. Everything described on the listing was spot on. The pictures matched the house. The beds definitely were the best beds I've ever stayed on in an Airbnb Extremely comfortable and adjustable base on the king bed made it perfect for those that like their head raised slightly while sleeping. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Thank you!!

The home was bigger and better than the pictures show. You’ll love the place no doubt! Only issue I had was the TV outside wasn’t working. For some reason the Wi-Fi couldn’t reach the TV. Aside from this, I have no complaints! 5⭐️

This is my second time staying at Xavien’s place. Always a great time, super clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Both Xavien and Monica are excellent with communication. I would highly recommend and will choose their place over and over again while in Jamaica.

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning views and wonderful Ritz Carlton amenities and service at this property. Very comfortable and quiet condominium set up….and it was awesome even with lousy weather!
