What an absolutely amazing, magical place!! My daughter and I had a wonderful night in Monty. We had everything we needed, and can't wait to book again. In fact, my daughter said can we go back again next week. High praise indeed from a teenager! Thank you Rachel and Dominic.

Willow VintageCaravan Bluebird Sunparlour Langport

MichaelRating, 5 stars46 months ago
This is a wonderful and peaceful place. The caravan is spacious and full of games, books and general stuff to keep everyone entertained. Garden is just fabulous and the wildlife flourishes. This is a very child friendly place with lots of space for kids to run around and lots of things to do without having to leave the comfortable space
and you have chickens as your neighbours. Location is ideal for exploring nearby places & attractions and / or you can just walk to Longford which is a stunning place.

Double Decker Bus nearJurassic Coast in Dorset

GlenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Me and my family had a fantastic stay in the Jurassic bus. It’s was a well themed and had fantastic little touches to make it magical for my 2 little ones. There are some great recommendations from the host in the welcome pack. We made the most of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door being on the doorstep with only a very short drive. We spent the day also at Abbotsbury swannery and the subtropical botanical gardens. Very much worth the 35 minute drive from the bus. We can’t wait to check our diaries and look to book this treasure again. A brilliant stay.

The Vintage Caravan, Steam and Stars

Margaret HazelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Steam and Stars was only a few minutes walk from the Coleridge Way which we were following. Sampford Brett is only a small village but the phone box library has plenty of reading matter and it's worth mentioning that there is a small shop at the filling station.

The big hoot is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to get away. The garden is beautiful and so peaceful. Great to wake up to. My son really enjoyed the play barn. There's so much there to do for children and adults too! The caravan was lovely. Everything was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything was easy to find and Nigel and Maria were very welcoming and attentive. We would love to come back one day! We really enjoyed our stay â˜ș

Large caravan for happy campers!

AnithaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I will be honest - we couldnt make it to Melanie’s caravan as our car broke down on our way. However, Melanie was very much kind enough in understanding our situation and very well handled it. Thank you Melanie. While it was unfortunate we could nt make it this time, we look forward for next time. Thank you again for responding to all our queries as soon as you can and for making us feel comfortable when interacting you. Cheers!

Mendip Molly - Palace on Wheels

PamRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A great place to stay, molly was beautifully restored and quite unique. Well equipped and although in a garden was completely private. We loved the outdoor lounge and the indoor bbq, both great ideas with their quirky furnishings and trimmings, a great way to add additional space to relax in especially as the weather was a bit cold and wet. The location was perfect and close to many interesting places to visit. Thank you both, lovely hosts.

The Quantock Vintage Caravan

LucyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A wonderful little haven in a fabulously peaceful valley. Ideal place to get away from it all. Compact and cosy but with everything you need to relax. We had a lovely three nights escape, within really easy drive of Taunton. Great for my three year old as well as myself. I particularly enjoyed sitting out under the stars after little one was in bed. Amelia is a fantastic host and Penny is very welcoming and accommodating too. My daughter loved feeding the ducks, and seeing the goats and chickens. The trampoline was very popular too. We will definitely visit again as we have family in Taunton, and have found our home from home.

RAF Mobile Aviation Control Tower

DarrenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Very quiet and peaceful spot out in the countryside—just what we needed after a busy day driving around the coast. The observatory was a nice relaxing bonus. Bridget was really friendly and helpful, made everything easy and accomodating. Strongly recommend for a night away from the busier tourist spots.

Glamping horse lorry RV nr Durdle door play garden

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My 12 y/o daughter and I have had a wonderful 4 night stay in Homely Horsebox. As someone with small space/off grid living aspirations one day, this is one of my favourite places to have stayed. The horsebox is so homely and cosy, with warm colours and beautiful wooden furniture with a surprising amount of space to put things. The log burner heated it up very well for our February stay. There is everything you need...tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, sauces, oil, UHT milk sachets, cleaning items etc. The little cool box is really handy for ice blocks to keep things cool overnight. The highlight for us was the big double bed in the 'snug' above the driving area - with a wonderful bookcase, fairy lights, curtains for privacy and cosy pillows, cushions and blankets - I was jealous of my daughter sleeping in it! Shower great, water toasty. Veranda with beautiful views of fields and a fab shared garden with all sorts to keep kids occupied. We 100% recommend Homely Horsebox! Thx

Outstanding Location in Private Parkland Setting

AndrewRating, 5 stars3 months ago
It was NYE, me and my girlfriend wanted somewhere low key and peaceful to spend the evening. We stayed at Jenni’s Shepherds hut situated in their grounds of their home. We were greeted on arrival by their housekeeper who showed us to where we were staying. The log burner had kindly been lit before we got there. Everything was very clean and the most well equipped shepherds hut we’ve stayed at and in the morning we only noticed the fresh bottle of milk, eggs, bagels, jam and clotted cream with tea, coffee and sugar. The view outside was stunning, boasting beautiful views of the countryside. We would have gone walking but the weather wasn’t great. It did make for a cosy stay indoors with the sound of rain hitting the skylight. All in all, would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend enough.

Little Ammonite @ Blue Lias Catering

KathrynRating, 5 stars8 months ago
An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The caravan was lovely as was the main house. The shower was great. We had a Mezze in the evening and it was divine. Complimentary breakfast was very yummy. I loved the space out the front for my daughter to play on the grass and watch the cat and chickens. A beautiful walk through the orchard on the public footpath next to the caravan. The hosts were faultless. I would definitely go back
