Monthly Rentals in West Ayton

The East Wing Derwent House is a charming cottage, well appointed throughout, beautifully decorated with local artists’ paintings. A real treat. Beds are very comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. The views into the fields are breathtaking. West Ayton is a lovely village with lots of local walks. ‘Walkers’ is worth visiting, it’s a delightful fish and chips restaurant just a minutes’ walk from the accommodation. Jennifer was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We will certainly return - thank you for a wonderful break!

Met up with college friend and we both really enjoyed having a cosy cottage to enjoy a catch up.Easy visit to Scarborough and Helmsley which was lovely and a great Sunday lunch at the local Forge Inn.The cottage had everything we needed and very comfy beds.

Peaceful, rural location yet a short drive from Scarborough front, and pet friendly which is a bonus. A very homely feel with the wood burning stove and a lovely view out onto the field with two very friendly horses who were always peeking over the hedge at us once we started feeding them carrots and apples. So cute!! Thanks for a great stay:)
