I personally would not stay here again. I chose this bnb because of family up the road. I found there were no bnb that’s stood out to me in area. I would personally have spent a little more to be in a nicer area and a more up to date home. Wellington is actually very small and we could have easily gone to a better neighborhood with no problem for our family. The upstairs neighbors were loud and there was a mold like smell in the home. My dad on the other hand was pleased with the stay. He is not picky like me. I do appreciate Carol for letting us stay.

Gavin's place is in a great neighborhood in Kelburn - coffee shops and restaurants right down the street, and walkable to Zealandia! We did a night tour there which got you admission also in the daytime plus the next day. I'm a bird lover and went there 3 different times! The unit is also walkable to downtown Wellington with even more restaurant and bars to choose from, and to get back if you don't walk to walk back up the hill it's very close to the cable car. We really enjoyed our stay at Gavin's place!

Location was incredible! 400 meters from a really fun kids park with activities. 800 meters from dirt and paved running, walking, and biking paths. Very central location! House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for close to a 1 month stay! We will definitely come back again!

Kara’s place is exactly as described it to be, very clean, comfortable & modern with all amenities. For what we needed, it was super convenient to the event we were there for, Kara was so responsive to us & was very flexible with check-in time slightly earlier. Would visit again & recommend to others in future.

Our stay with Ryan & Ying was perfect. They were kind enough to let us sneak in a little early, and we loved hanging out there and in the amazing sauna. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. We liked it so much we ordered in food so we wouldn't have to leave! Wonderful place to stay. We had a motorcycle, so parking was a bit tricky, but nothing a few loops around the local streets didn't solve.

It is a beautiful, modern house with comfortable beds and our stay was amazing. The weather in Wellington wasn't great, so we had to stay inside a lot, but it was a nice and cozy place to spend time in. Would definitely stay there again.

Eleanor’s home is absolutely beautiful. We stayed with my parents and sisters for a few days in Wellington. Eleanor left us a nice welcome note, kindly offered early check in and left homemade jam and bread at the house. The house is spacious and comfortable and the views are to die for. I wish I could move in but look forward to hopefully staying at the property again in future.

I had a very nice 45 day stay in Sovy and Dara’s studio. As a studio, it is small, and probably best suited for 1 or 2 people, but it is thoughtfully and nicely furnished. I used the kitchen every day. The smart TV with Netflix was a bonus. You couldn’t ask for nicer or more hospitable hosts. I would definitely stay again when in Wellington.

What a beautiful place. we really enjoyed staying here, the views, the kitchen, watching the comings and goings of the harbour. Felt private and also close to town. Host was great, directions were appreciated and the beds were comfy. would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the city with the comforts of home. Thank you so much!

This place had million dollar views of the harbor. It was quiet and easy to walk or Uber downtown. While the place is a bit old and quirky, that did not detract from the charm. We were very glad to stay there.

This is the type of AirBnb that you hesitate to provide the glowing recommendation it desires as you want it to be available next time you would like to book it. Dont hesitate if your budget extends for this top range option - you will have no regrets. Only negative is the parking is not included but plenty of public parking nearby that you can utilize. We will be back, which is the best recommendation I can give and if this was available would book it immediately.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, and we were provided with plenty of information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It has a fantastic view too! The living room and master bedroom can get quite hot on sunny afternoons, however both rooms have fans provided, which helped. Craig was very easy to communicate with and also proactively provided us with fresh towels several days into our stay. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Amazing apartment. The pictures, especially of the living area do not do the place justice. Very central location, yet very quite. Great balcony with great views of the hills around Wellington. Great living space with lots of natural light. Very comfortable beds.

What a fabulous flat. The views were stunning. Wall down the street to the beach area. Quick drive to restaurants and groceries. City centre only a short drive as well. Lovely spacious flat. Super comfy beds. Kitchen is so well stocked. We cooked many meals at home. Love when we find a kitchen we can actually make family meals in. They spices, oils, loads of pots and pans. Cooks heaven. Loved watching the planes take off and land. Just a fantastic flat all around.
