Ideal for families! This is a beautiful home with private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped just like at home and made cooking super convenient. The host is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The apartment is spacious, with rooms that offer privacy, which is great when traveling with family. Although there's only one bathroom, it's large, comfortable, and features a modern, updated shower. It’s easily accessible by the 123 bus to New York, which was very convenient for commuting. The neighborhood is quiet, with not much going on nearby exactly what I was looking for. I was mainly visiting for work in the city, and we used the weekends to travel either by car or to full days of fun in the city. There are two nice parks right next to the apartment, which were perfect for the kids. Beyond that, there’s not much in the immediate area but again, that suited our needs perfectly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tu-lien's beautiful Airbnb with my parents, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotlessly clean the place was. Every corner of the property was immaculate, making it a comfortable and inviting home away from home. The check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Tu-Lien has clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a smooth experience. One of the highlights of this Airbnb is the stunning New York skyline views. In terms of value for money, this place is a gem. Given the location, cleanliness, and overall quality of the accommodation, it is definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at this studio from May to the beginning of September, and I had an amazing experience. The space is very modern and clean, just as described. The location is ideal, being close to the bus stop for easy access to Port Authority, which was super convenient since I commuted there at least 5 days a week. The host, Alejandra, communicated well and was very accommodating with any requests I had during my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near NYC!

I stayed for 6 wks for work. Hosts have excellent communication and response times. I would highly recommend renting from them! Expect city parking in this area (clean sweep times, 2 hr free guest parking, finding a diff spot everyday). You’ll be given a visitor pass for street parking within a 4 block radius. Municipal parking garage is located 1.5 blocks away (easy walk). The pass provided doesn’t work there. The garage does not have clear signs inside. Attendant gave incorrect info so here is info from the town parking authority. Anyone can park in the municipal garage for free from 6pm-9am. Outside those hours, fare purchase is required (except Sun?). My only critique is to maintain the yard front/back. Patio furniture was too dirty for use. I loved the natural light. No side neighbors from window view. Laundry is included. Beautiful, upscale decor. Beds/linens are amazingly comfortable. No bugs in the apartment. Safe neighborhood 24/7 for a female coming home late. Stay here!
