Condo vacation rentals in Wayne County

Overall this was a great stay in a great apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. One hiccup and one warning. The hiccup: We found check-in to not be "simple and hassle free." The garage door code didn't work, but we were still able to quickly get in with supplement instructions from the host, which were sent super fast. However, we then discovered that the key did not open the exterior door to the building. Again, some quick messaging got this sorted out, but it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. The warning: Your location is super close to lots of exciting things, but be aware that if there's anything going on at Little Caesars, there will not be legal street parking available to you as it gets super crowded. The garage space is big enough to fit a medium-sized SUV, but getting inside could be a bit stressful. We found backing in to be much easier than going in head first. The listing points all of this out, but just be aware that it is really true!

Everything about Jeff’s place was amazing. Seconds best was right out the front door and their food was amazing. Jeff responded super fast every time and was able to accommodate all my requests. Would 100% stay again.

I enjoyed the stay. One of the things that stuck out was how quiet and private the place was. You don’t always have that buildings with multiple tenants. I would stay again.

Felt like a home away from home, it was fairly quiet and close to just about everything. We really enjoyed our stay

Shone was absolutely amazing, He allowed me to check in hours before check-in time & went above and beyond to accommodate me when I ran into a problem. Shone as well as his wife responded to my every need In a reasonable timeframe… this home looks exactly like the pictures and is in a quiet/peaceful community 10/10 if you’re looking for somewhere cozy and relaxing I recommend booking here!!!

We were in town to visit family over Christmas, so our schedule was very busy. The Condo was very clean and cozy. We will be back next spring and are looking forward to using some of the amenities.

This is a great place to stay when in Grosse Pointe. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. The Keurig was well stocked. Private parking in the back was an added perk.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. We walked to everything that we came to Detroit to do. Communication was great excellent!

It was a tremendous weekend. Sam was a tremendous host and I do not regret anything from the trip. He communicates and very dependable.

Frances was so amazing and accommodating. Our plans changed due to weather and she was so kind and helpful. Parking was easy and the home has a great location.

This place was perfect! I was so comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left even my kids loved this place and did not want to leave. It was clean the bed were comfortable they even had snacks and washing supplies. Will mostly book again just to get some peace of mind away from my hectic household…

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Love the place and host!!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Sam was a great host. athe house was clean Neighborhood did look a little sketchy at night but we were safe..10 min drive to down town Will be booking again

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. The location and views were great for the price and would recommend this property to anyone in the area. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate in your property.

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

FANTASTIC place to stay if you are an intern, as you really only need your clothes and toiletries at a minimum. You get your own room and bathroom, and Ruth is the opposite of bothersome—but caring, kind, and respectful. Ruth actively communicates all necessary information, is open to conversation, and even asks how you are doing from time to time. You might even get the chance to hear her sing to herself in passing! Great summer stay, thanks Ruth!

Great place, nice, big, and clean in a safe gated community. Great people and great hosts. Walid and Lubna were very friendly and welcoming. Best experience ever!.
