A beautiful relaxing little house! Just perfect for the two of us and the dog. Seaside is so special, and we loved our week at the beach.

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Everything was great for me and my family. Although we seen three full different beds when booking and got there there was a slide bed that came out. So I was a little disappointed in that. Overall we enjoyed each other and the space at the house was very much needed! I will recommend for this to a small family to vacation.

Great place to stay, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Host was responsive and friendly. Walking distance to the beach ( about a 7 to 10 min walk). Had everything you could possibly need for the beach and for your stay. The house was clean, cozy and in a safe area. Close to a Winn - Dixie ( grocery store) and other stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and clean. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here.

We visited with 2 couples and 6 kids. The house was perfectly set-up for both communal hangouts and private sleeping for all. Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

I loved my staying at this place. The neighborhood was super peaceful and felt nice. I stayed in the master’s bedroom and I loved the bed, it was sooo comfortable. Loved the pool area and a big plus that it can be heated during off seasons, that was great! I also loved the laundry area, very cozy and so helpful that laundry detergent pods and sheet driers were provided. This house made me feel so at home, that I was sad to leave. I love Florida and I can’t wait to be back, again.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again. The condo was exactly as it was described, the communication was great as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, having the chairs and umbrella service was amazing as it saved us from bringing these extra items down in our car. You could walk to Capt Dave's, Kenny D's and several other locations to eat. Great area to walk as well, I think we did a little over 3 miles each day. Our dog loved the area as well!

Dina and Halph are wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive! This location is great for anyone who wants to stay in and relax, or go out and explore! Close to the beach and many restaurants/activities.

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

Our stay at Anna’s home was perfect! It was exactly like the pictures and we felt right at home. The pool area was perfect. Anna is very friendly and responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend!!

We had to change our plans sort of last minute and were very lucky to find this beautidul home available for our stay. The home and pool were great! The beach was right close by and we had no issues getting into free parking each day. The coffee shop nearby we frequented and loved. The beds were so clean and comfy and each time we communicated with out hosts they were quick to respond. All directions were clear. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We stayed a week here due to hurricane evacuation. The townhome had everything we needed. Nicole is an amazing host and was prompt to respond right back when we had questions or issues. This was our first experience staying in Destin. Nicole gave great recommendations where to visit! Our family had a blessed week! Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you so much!

The house was beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying at Dave and Linda’s house. The house was clean and had everything you could need. It was a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is comfy and is decorated so cute. They have provided everything you need for it to feel like home. The condo is in easy walking distance to the beach and had a private entrance to the beach for our condo building and two other buildings. The condo had a nice pool, pickle ball courts and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved taking our dog for a walk along Scenic Highway 98. We will definitely stay here again

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

We had so much fun playing all of the different board games she provided! The place was in a great location with quiet neighbors and she provided plenty of supplies for our stay. Will definitely stay again next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Debbie's studio. Everything was very clean and the convenience to the beach was perfect. The chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided was a plus. We would definitely stay there again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The condo is nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has updated appliances and is well stocked with dinnerware and kitchen tools. The view of the Gulf is incredible and it's just a few steps to the beautiful white sand beach. You can tell that a lot of thought was given to making this place a wonderful vacation destination. Many thanks to Todd for the opportunity to stay at this condo. We hope to return next year.

We had an excellent stay and Gaby was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Townhouse was squeaky clean and literally had everything you would need and more for the kitchen, house, and beach. Bikes provided were great but adult sizes. If you want to ride bikes on 30A or even 98, it is a bit of a ride through neighborhoods to get there. About a ten minute drive to closest public beach access. In February 2025, there is still development going on in the neighborhood so you have to navigate trucks and construction workers but it wasn't a bother. Go to St Andrew's National Park in PCB for the best shells. Beaches close to Santa Rosa have pretty white sand but very fee shells.
