Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

This place was perfect for us! We felt right at home. It was so beautiful and spacious. The only thing is that we had to wash our linens because it seemed like the bottom sheets weren’t clean on most beds. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The kitchen had everything you can think of for use, except an air fryer. Their cooking utensils were high quality, I really enjoyed cooking there. The golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the balcony were so relaxing and beautiful. Well stocked up with towels in every bathroom and extra blankets in every room. This home is perfection! Thank you Ryan! We look forward to coming back soon! One week was not enough.

Snazzy Coconut was exactly as advertised! The home was beautiful and new, and the perfect place for our family of 10. We loved the nice, new feel of the neighborhood, the private pool and the ease of taking the golf cart to the beach each day! We will certainly be back to Miramar Beach and stay at the Snazzy Coconut.

We stayed in this gorgeous house for our family vacation this past week. The house exceeded our expectations in every way! This was our first time staying in the area and it was absolutely beautiful. Very close walk to the pool and a nice walk to the beach. Great location to bike around and explore Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach and nearby shops! The house is very updated, CLEAN, and has ample space/storage. The third floor hangout area was our favorite part! The firepit was very easy to use and the outdoor bedswing was amazing for mid-day naps! We had minimal “issues” that were resolved quickly and efficiently by Denise with Travel Life Vacations! She was truly amazing and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend choosing this home for your stay!

Loved the beach view

Great home! Loved having a.bathroom for every bedroom. Pool was great and we were accommodated after check in with getting it heated since the weather wasn't the best. Would definitely return!

This was absolutely the nicest condo we have stayed in. We will definitely be coming back! The pictures doesn't do it justice. So close to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Our children rented bikes and rode around the area. We even got to fish in our backyard. Don't think twice. Go rent this condo!

Condo was beautiful, and perfectly equipped for our needs, and provide for an amazeing trip. Only issue we had was the door code wouldn't work up on arrival, but was able to get that cleared up in moments by calling host. Incredible fast, and responcive customer service.

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.

The prior reviews had me worried but I had zero problems with checking in, my QR code nor finding the place. The toliet is a little slow to flush but it’s a small thing. Gosh this place is amazing!!!!! Walking distance to the Baytowne wharf and all it had to offer was awesome!! Everything is so clean and the grand San Destin itself is breathtaking!! The beds were extremely comfortable and had everything you need! Will definitely try to stay here in the future!!
