Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Snazzy Coconut was exactly as advertised! The home was beautiful and new, and the perfect place for our family of 10. We loved the nice, new feel of the neighborhood, the private pool and the ease of taking the golf cart to the beach each day! We will certainly be back to Miramar Beach and stay at the Snazzy Coconut.

This place was perfect for us! We felt right at home. It was so beautiful and spacious. The only thing is that we had to wash our linens because it seemed like the bottom sheets weren’t clean on most beds. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The kitchen had everything you can think of for use, except an air fryer. Their cooking utensils were high quality, I really enjoyed cooking there. The golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the balcony were so relaxing and beautiful. Well stocked up with towels in every bathroom and extra blankets in every room. This home is perfection! Thank you Ryan! We look forward to coming back soon! One week was not enough.

Great home! Loved having a.bathroom for every bedroom. Pool was great and we were accommodated after check in with getting it heated since the weather wasn't the best. Would definitely return!

Wonderful place and people. They were very responsive when I had questions and offered solutions that far exceeded what I expected. The house was clean and the provided golf cart making getting from place to place incredibly easy. This house is perfect for multiple families or a big group gong on a trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was absolutely the nicest condo we have stayed in. We will definitely be coming back! The pictures doesn't do it justice. So close to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Our children rented bikes and rode around the area. We even got to fish in our backyard. Don't think twice. Go rent this condo!

Condo was beautiful, and perfectly equipped for our needs, and provide for an amazeing trip. Only issue we had was the door code wouldn't work up on arrival, but was able to get that cleared up in moments by calling host. Incredible fast, and responcive customer service.

We loved everything about this place! It had a gorgeous ocean view with a short walk to the beach. We walked back and forth everyday. It was close to all the main places we went (shopping and eating). We rented a golf cart and electric bike for the day and they delivered it to the condo and picked it back up. If I had one complaint it would be that the king bed was very loud. Every time you would move on the mattress it made a horrible sound. This could be easily fixed with a new boxspring, it was just the only complaint we had mainly since we had a baby in the room with us and sometimes it would wake her up. Other than that it was PERFECT! And even that complaint is minimal.

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.
