Monthly Rentals in Wallabout Bay

This is a really cool large loft in a quiet part of the Lower East Side. A short walk to Grand, Essex, Canal and Henry Street coffee, bagels, shops and restaurants. The nearest subway station is a bit of a walk, about 12 or so minutes, so keep that in mind if you are only going to take public transportation. But we liked to walk, so that was not a problem. The apartment is very airy and light and has lots of cool art and nice TVs. The building is historic and has a 24-hour doorman. Because it's a loft, the rooms are not completely closed off, however, they are cozy, tucked away, and more private than a traditional loft.

We stayed in Martin’s place for a month when first moving to Williamsburg & we really enjoyed it. It felt like a very cute NY place. We felt very safe and there were a lot of walkable restaurants, shopping and coffee spots! Martin was so accommodating as well. Highly recommend :)

Shahram was a terrific host — friendly, responsive, helpful — and his home was lovely. He’s got a great sense of style, and all the necessary creature comforts (massive smart tv, Sonos in every area, inviting furniture, top notch kitchen accessories etc). Home and surrounding area are quiet, well-positioned a short stroll from loads of Dumbo markets, restaurants, F train, epic views of Manhattan. Office nook adds useful separation for 1-bedroom unit, and balcony set up adds easy outdoor access. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Alli’s for about a month and felt at home. She is always responsive in case you need to reach out and the apt is exactly as shown on the listing. People in the building are friendly and there is a game room with pool table which is a plus! Thank you for having us!
