My friends and I absolutely loved your house. It had everything we needed and some and was so comfy and also modern - the right balance. We walked to shopping and restaurants, which is such a plus. Also the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Thank you for letting us check in early. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very welcoming! We loved the open floor plan and it was so close to Saugatuck and Douglas.

The house is in a great location - easy to get downtown, to the beach(and dog beach), to grocery stores/walmart. We really appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms, and the well stocked/updated kitchen. Great size back yard with a fire pit, and plenty of space and privacy. We really enjoyed our stay, which made our long weekend away so much better. Thank you!!

Wonderful weekend visiting Grand Haven and Muskegon at such a cute home with great vibes!! Jill was quick to respond and place was available prior to check in time, always a nice surprise! Above and beyond with amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a toy for our doggo and a bottle of wine!!! We soo enjoyed listening to all the music that was available. Def would recommend to others!! Thank me for a great weekend:)

The place was very spacious and exactly as described. It was an easy quick drive to Grand Rapids. The hot tub was amazing. Friendly and responsive hosts.

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

Stayed at Hideaway Cabin. Mill Pond group was flexible for check in time and communicated well and early. Thing to note: did need to go to office location to check in but is easy to find and was quick to get info. Location is ok to find only because new to the area however directions and aerial map provided was a big help. Had difficulty entering the cabin at first because code was entered incorrectly but Mill Pond responded quickly and it was resolved. Great place with an indoor pool and it was spacious. Was unable to experience the outdoor amenities due to weather but definitely a beautiful area with open space, fire pit, patio area & large pond in front. Master bedroom bathroom does not have a door which was a minor inconvenience just had to close the bedroom door. Rooms are large and kitchen was spacious. May be cost effective to book directly with Mill Pond and they do have other locations available. Overall great place, enjoyed the stay, and am looking forward for the next visit.

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

We had a great little getaway. It was right on the lake- very peaceful and quiet. Hot tub was amazing.they had kayaks and a paddle boat but we didn't use them because the weather was a little chilly. We just went with our baby and dog but there's plenty of space for a large group. The only issue was it was a little dusty and living room furniture was pretty old. The restaurants close by are delicious and the area itself felt very safe. Frank and Mike are super responsive. Overall had a really great stay!

Very clean and comfortable rental that is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and firepit that is right next to the condo. Jeanna is a great host and very responsive.

the personal touches of the space were so welcomed and enjoyable. my family stayed at the airbnb for my wedding in downtown grand rapids. kym was friendly and inviting! would recommend!

Stayed here for a Hope basketball game with our toddler. Extremely peaceful wooded setting. House was super well stocked and very clean. Lots of room for our toddler to play. Loved the touch of the homemade furniture and shout out to Hawaii. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, well-equipped, and very close to Calvin where our son competed in a swim meet. The coffee was amazing and a lovely added touch! The neighborhood was safe, easy to navigate, and walkable. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great fall weekend visit. The location of the house is so convenient and we walked into town several times during our stay. Despite the proximity to town, the location was so peaceful and quiet. The house was pristine and put together with such obvious care for the details. This is the perfect place for a getaway!

Beautiful home, great backyard with TONS of games and activities available to you. Comfy beds, an abundance of towels and supplies. My elderly father with chronic pain who suffers from insomnia said he got some of the best sleep he's had in a LONG time both nights that he was here. That alone is worth the 5 star review!! Everything was great. We stayed here for a wedding reception at the Ivy House which is literally like 2 driveways down. It was the most conveniently located home I could have asked for. Highly recommend booking here!
