Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Michigan

Jonathan was a great host. Responsible to any questions and willing to work with us. House was very clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook bs having to go out. We brought our dog and despite having lots of snow, it was easy to walk him in the neighborhood no problem. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

This was our second stay at Tracy's house, and we'll definitely be back. Check-in was a breeze. House had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy as were the recliners in the living room area. New shower was fabulous. As clean and fresh as the place was, you would never have guessed that pets are allowed, but I'm so glad that they are! Our dog loved the fenced-in yard. Location is perfect, right off Lake Lansing Road. Tracy is very responsive and takes great care of the property.

Great value! Loved the fact that there were two full bathrooms with one en-suite. Location was great. Close to Birmingham and shopping. Highly recommend

Lisa was very welcoming considering what led me to have to stay at her place. There was an issue with the previous Airbnb which suddenly disrupted my trip and we had to get another place. Considering the time of day and how quickly she responded to help things get situated, I would recommend her home. I value communication above all else-- and the homes was beautiful as well.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

We loved Elena’s place! The garage loft was just what we were looking for on a romantic getaway. The surroundings and yard were so eclectic and interesting. The decor was unique and one of a kind, which we really enjoyed. The swingset in the back was so much fun, even in the snow! We would definitely recommend!

Melinda was an excellent host! Although we had no reason to contact her during our stay, we had reached out weeks before and she would respond within seconds. Her instructions for arrival, entering, checking out, etc. were extremely clear. Made for a very easy, stress free stay! The house itself was incredible. Much larger than it looks! We had 6 adults (3 couples) (winter trip) so our main priority was furniture to accommodate- enough king/queen beds, private bedrooms, enough lounge seating for all, enough dining chairs for all to use, etc. and it checked all of our boxes. We expected a “pet friendly” home to look/be… well, just as that! WRONG. I had to double check my reservation that pets were, in fact, allowed. Our dog enjoyed the partially fenced area- large enough for big dog play but small enough to always see your pet. We took advantage of the MANY baby items provided and we were BLOWN AWAY by the kitchen items- any item, you name it, Melinda has it. We will 100% be back.

Great place, perfect for a group trip to Boyne. Spotless, up to date, and had everything we could have ever needed and more! Melissa was also super friendly, helpful, and communicative from the moment we booked the place until we checked out. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

We went for the World of Winter event and enjoyed our stay very much! Hosts were proactive with helping us out checking in and out with activities to do during our stay. The modern and cozy style of the apartment was nice along with the privacy of the unit. Alexa was easy to control, very clear written instructions from the hosts, and even a map showing amenities on the property which we did not use. Through and through, this an amazing place to stay if you're looking for a busy city with plenty of things to within walking distance!

We've stayed at the Windjammer two times now, we really like the house. It's very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect if you want to cook meals at the house. The space is comfortable for a group of 4-6 people easily, great space to all hang out together with 4 bedrooms to get private space as needed. The yard is perfect with a sunken fire pit and chairs, hot tub, and a large screened patio. Restaurants and grocery stores are about 5 minute drive, and easy to get places if desired. The hosts are great, very easy to communicate with and very nice people. We'll definately look to book this house again for our next New Buffalo/Union Pier trip.

Scott and Jennifer are great hosts and have a beautiful property. The area is very quiet and the perfect place for a quick trip away from the city. We really appreciated Scott’s attentiveness with salting the area and shoveling us out after a snowstorm. Overall, a great Airbnb pick. We can’t wait to check out their other spots!

This home is absolutely amazing, from how absolutely clean it was to the amazing size , I can’t wait to go back in the summer !! I absolutely loved the area and loved seeing the deers this morning how peaceful and surreal !! Thank you so very much for this amazing get away !!

Perfect place for a family getaway. The kids enjoyed swimming and playing board games.

We stayed during the holidays and brought our pups. Debra's place is pet friendly to the extreme!!! There was a kennel we could use, a water bowl and drip try, canister of treats, an extra least, and a pooper scooper! It was great to be able to travel with the pups and the place worked out great for us. Debra was very responsive when we needed to find some salt due to the icy steps and had some on hand - pet safe nonetheless!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of 8 friends had plenty of space and the home was incredibly cozy. There were so many fun games to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together – fully equipped and made staying in so enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a day of hanging out. Overall, the place had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect house for a family trip. Tristen was very responsive to any questions we had. It is walkable to the beach, shops amd restaurants. It was exactly what we were looking for and made for another Wonderful trip to Ludington!!!

Good location in Sawyer. Property is a bit older but in good shape. A bit light on things like tissues and shampoo, but overall well stocked and conveniently set up. Comfortable beds and large dining area. Big and well maintained hot tub. We stayed with three little kids and there were a few games (but we'd recommend brining your own) and some kids silverware plus a pack and play and a little booster seat. Overall would recommend.

My Husband and I absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great small spacious place for just the two of us. It was very clean while taking care of.. we actually added two more stays and she was very nice and responsive. Absolutely love the place and will be returning when we go back up there.

Mary is a great and kind host. She made ourselves like feeling at home. Homemade muffins were greatly appreciated. She also made us an extra gifts by proving some extra toys for our toddler. She was also flexible with check in and check out. Very nice decorated home!!

I was particularly impressed with the design and layout of the cabin. Although it is near a main road and the host’s house, the views from the cabin make you feel like the spot is secluded. The saying “the little things mean a lot” apply to this host. The host’s extra attention to what guests might need was greatly appreciated. Having an attached garage with entrance to the cabin was definitely a bonus.

Andrew and Ashley were both great hosts. Super responsive and gave helpful recs. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful time. ❄️
