The location, the communication from the host and the peace and quiet at this Airbnb location are a few of my biggest takeaways during my holiday stay here. Unfortunately, I still had to work through the holiday however, mohmeets Airbnb allowed me to have a separate working space to complete my work. Whenever I come back in town, I will definitely be booking here again.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

3rd stay with Bryan and 2nd stay in this particular unit. The kitchen is well fitted for cooking. I was there for a work trip during the week and enjoyed being able to meal prep for the week. The neighborhood is great for walking and Whole Foods is only about 15 mins away by foot. Has a full size fridge which is also nice. I've said this in all my reviews for his properties--very very clean. I hope to book with Bryan again when visiting.

This was a perfect place for us. Short walks to all of the cool spots in Brightleaf and Downtown Durham, and easy access to the local campuses. The place was clean and felt like home. Very pet friendly if you are looking for that.

The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The home is very comfortable loaded with amenities to make our stay relaxing!

Perfect for two couples each with a young baby! Had friends over on the patio and had a lovely time! Absolutely recommend in the future.

Had a great stay here, the small back patio area was nice to have, cozy furniture and the bed was comfortable as well. They had great recommendations and were super friendly and helpful!

We were a little surprised about the location, as it's sandwiched in between a housing authority. The housing authority has clean grounds and a playground for kids. We only saw the police in the neighborhood one time, and the situation was handled peacefully and without sirens. It's also very close to the outlets, grocery store, and restaurants. I have no complaints about this Air BnB, but I thought others should be aware that it is located in between a housing authority neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and conveniently located near various attractions in Raleigh. I highly recommend booking here—it was ideal for our small group. We also really appreciated the variety of coffee and tea available at the coffee bar, especially after our late nights at Dreamville.

My family and I came in town for a festival and were denied multiple times by other hosts. The Camilos were the first hosts to respond and to offer for us to stay. They were so nice and very responsive, their instructions and house rules were clear, and their home is clean and beautiful. Great appliances throughout the home (although we didn't get to use the kitchen much). When we arrived there was a wasp nest in the carport. My siblings and I are allergic so we asked if they had any spray or if they could send someone with some spray so that we would take care of it. We reached out and within 30 minutes they had sent over some wasp spray and some goodies and all was good. Great location. Not directly in downtown but not too far (a little less than 10 minutes). 10/10 recommend! You won't be disappointed.

Very cute, comfortable house had everything we needed—parking and coffee/condiments were much appreciated! Very close to lovely trail along stream that dropped us off (after maybe 2 or 2-1/2 miles) a few blocks from Franklin St. It was so nice, we walked it every day although just walking straight up Franklin would have been shorter

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, comfy, and in a fabulous location walkable to restaurants and shops. Paulo and George are very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay easy. Would definitely not hesitate to book again.

Great location and as close as you can get to the Dreamville park while still being able to do the hour walk back. Quiet location and many restaurants and shops near by. Bob was also an excellent host!

We loved staying here! Instructions were super clear on how to get in. Location is right in the center of Raleigh. I recommend Tucker Street Diner it’s super close by! Felt very safe and cozy in this unit. Had a problem with the unit above leaking water but host was very responsive and even gave us a discount for our next stay. Highly recommend booking!

Great location for my stay. Very nice rental with everything I needed. Parking spot is a little further away which isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all, but may be good to know for others. Host was very helpful!

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

This place was perfect! I’m originally from the area and wanted something central to my favorite spots and this was the right fit. I loved the decor, the kitchen table, the alive plants and the comfortable bed. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you for such a lovely spot to nest for a few days.
