This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Oakwood near downtown w' Nespresso, Bikes & Bidet.

This is a 1-room studio in a very safe part of Raleigh, Oakwood which has some renown. We are also about 250 yards from the governors mansion, and there is little crime in this area. We also have many amenities that are close by, including 2-restaurants that are run by a 5-star chef. We also have the Burning Coal theater directly across the street from us. They seem to have plays and various events happening three or four times a month. People say it's some of the best local theater in the State
