Great nights sleep! Beautiful garden and surroundings. We were in the room in the house with private bathroom attached, with our dinner/breakfast table in the cottage a short walk away. Middlemarch is worth the stop, it’s absolutely beautiful here. It’s where we finished the Otago rail trail cycle, most people we met along the way got the shuttle elsewhere, we decided to stay and had the best nights sleep of our holiday! Nikki & James are absolutely lovely and you’ll enjoy a stop in Middlemarch.

Noah's Boutique Accommodation is in a house that is across the street from the beach. Leonie was a wonderful host. The rooms q were clean and I loved the decor. I would stay here again in a second!

Cosy, comfortable accommodation with a shared kitchen, with sea views. Leonie checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and also gave us useful information of the place, areas of interest, where to eat etc which was great. A great place to rest and relax and be in harmony with nature. Thank you😊

Amazing stay, it was really lucky to have such a great experience as a first stop in New Zealand The host was very welcoming, provided cookies and milk, provided a blanket for us to watch the stars, and kept sending me a message to let me know the right time to watch the stars. The room is even more beautiful than the picture, the night is very quiet, and the stay is very comfortable.Opening the curtains in the morning is a large green space, and the mood is comfortable

One of the most beautiful stays I could have imagined. My son and I adored everything about this charming one of a kind stay. Will be back.

Great place with amazing view, one thing to note is the wall is a bit thin and if neighbor talk loudly will be slightly disturbing for those unable to fall asleep easily.

Modest but lovely accommodations. Beautiful view (despite some construction) and a cute little lawn/outdoor space. A little buggy, so be sure to keep windows shut when it's dark outside/light inside.

Although there is another (detached) house right next door, I never heard the guests staying there and the neighbourhood is super quiet. The studio is as described and kept clean. The linen was soft and the bed was super comfortable. The only things missing are a portable stove, some bowls and paper towels. There are some restaurants a 5 min drive away that are okay though.

Stunning lake view – we loved sitting outside our room and relaxing. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. The host provided clear instructions, and communication was easy and pleasant.
