Loved our stay at Ryo's place in Lake Tekapo. It was perfectly located near the village area of shops and restaurants. We appreciated Ryo's decorating design touches and all of her local recommendations. Definitely would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay here. There's plenty of things stocked for the guests. Having a washing machine was nice too. It has comfortable armchairs in the living space. My only complaint is the shower has poor pressure and doesn't get very hot. It has an unusual mechanism with no pressure control, just temperature.

Rachel's place was very quiet and peaceful. Our kids loved the ruralness and seeing the chickens. The fresh eggs and homemade bread were a special touch. Unfortunately due to other circumstances we were only able to spend one night at Rachel's place instead of our scheduled 2 nights. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful little place to stay, we were sad to leave! Great amount of space for us, comfy and clean. Everything was provided that we needed for breakfast and more including delicious treats! Pool was also fabulous for a swim. Sue and Greg are fabulous hosts, super friendly. Will definitely recommend!

This was a perfect base for visiting our family in Christchurch. Grandchildren are great but it was good to escape to such a pleasant location and there was free use of the pool!

Beautiful cottage unit located on a working farm that was peaceful and serene. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others. Met the host and she was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Shaun and Vanessa were wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming. We were very comfortable and we all enjoyed showing our little granddaughter all the animals. The breakfast was great and hot tub under the stars just lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you both.

What a gorgeous cosy and tasteful unit this is! Loved the big windows leading onto the private deck surrounded by gorgeous garden. Margaret has done amazing things with the space she had with a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous modern bathroom and a bed that was super cosy. Loved the treats she provided! Easy access to Mt Cook National Park and the unit was close to the restaurants in town. Only wish we were there for more than one night. Margaret was very responsive and made it easy to check in. Thank you Margaret for a delightful stay.

We stayed for a night whilst travelling South and were really impressed. It all starts with the views across the pasture and into the mountains which are visible from all three rooms. We loved looking out from the bedroom at the sheep in the back field and outwards, its beautiful on the clear day we were there. The units itself is perfectly equipped, very comfy bed and linen, enormous shower with all the required amenities and a cosy kitchen living space. The Outside Fire would be a great way to round out a days adventure.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect as I was attending a wedding in Rolleston, and my sister lives nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Breathtaking views of snow capped mountains greeted us this morning. Great stay, lovely hosts, cosy warm accomodation with some nice treats for breakfast. Only a 5 minute drive to Sharplin Falls which were in full flow.

Amazing place! Tracy has everything thought out to the smallest detail: homemade bread with jam in the form of a welcome gift, toys for the child, high chair. We were moved by such attention and care. The apartment is part of the chic house of the hosts. The apartment has everything you may need. There is silence and nature around the house. Tracy apartments are much better in life than in the photos. Our recommendations!

Our stay at view with a room was stellar! Shirley is an extremely thoughtful host. She has everything you could possibly think to need with some very thoughtful touches such as freshly laid eggs that were left for us. The accommodation was impeccably clean and so well thought out. Modern bathroom, nice lighting. Beautiful views in a peaceful and serene setting. We walked at low tide to see the starfish, what a fun adventure! Shirley has a tide chart printed so you can time it just right. We loved our time at view with a room and highly highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Shirley!

We stayed for two nights in this extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. The kitchen is really very well equipped, beds are super comfy and the apartment is warm and very quiet. Super instructions on how to get there and how to get in. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely place in the centre of Christchurch. Beautifully appointed, great kitchen, pleasant responsive host. You can walk or bus everywhere from here, no need for a car.

The summer house is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed: the view over the city is amazing, the kitchen is stacked with appliances, the bed is very comfy and Jan and Geoff are very friendly hosts/neighbours. They thought of everything: there is a complete instruction for everything you might need during your stay! If you do have questions, they are easy to contact and reply quickly. There are plenty of walks available from your doorstep and it’s just a short bus or bikeride into the city. We cannot recommend this place enough!

We just stayed at Sonja’s AirBnB for a month and were sad to leave as it really felt like home and Sonja is a large part of that along with her comfortable, welcoming, clean and spacious accommodation. The garden is a lovely extension of that space too and is even better than the photos!. We enjoyed interacting and having fun with Bobby, Sonja’s dog but you don’t have to when staying there. We would happily return to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sonja, as to us she’s a Superhost and now also a friend. Thank you Sonja.

We spent a great time at Ailsa place. It was cosy and comfortable. Made with taste, you have privacy and calm around. Ailsa was really nice and reactive to all our questions. We highly recommand this place if you have to stay in Christchurch for a few days.

Up a steep hill in Lyttelton it is well worth the strees on the clutch. The views are great of the port and surrounding hills. There are plenty of walks in the area. Our hosts were great. We didn’t see them at all really but were easy to communicate with if needed. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and full of quirky touches. It has good outdoor spaces and a shortish descent to Port. I would look to stay again if I was to return to Lyttelton. Thanks for having us.
