Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

superb apartment, with very nice services (fitness and children's pool on the 7th floor, superb rooftop pool with magnificent views of the Lotus tower. large luxurious apartment on the 28th floor... Soap, our very responsive and friendly point of contact on site. only small note: it would take 2 cards and 2 keys (necessary as soon as you want to take the elevator!) because when you are several and not everyone does the same thing it is a little painful. we hear a bit of traffic noise down in the morning. otherwise GREAT accommodation!

Jayantha kept in touch with me for any need from check in to check out. I stayed with my family for 1 month. The house is great for staying with family. I wanted to stay for 1 more month, but I couldn't due to some personal problems. Jayantha is a very good person. He gave me many concessions. I apologize and feel sorry for you Jayantha. From this place, everything is very close to super market, local market. You can go anywhere in Colombo quickly. It is an amazing feeling to stand on the balcony of the house and see the sea. Finally, I will say, my family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Jayantha for your cooperation.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just 2 minutes away from the beach. Shazmin was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The little touches, like [mention anything special—welcome snacks, local recommendations, extra toiletries], made my stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo

I enjoyed a peaceful week at Faazil's apartment. It's very spacious, clean and offers good facilities for self catering... having use of a washing machine and oven was much appreciated. The bedroom is quiet and bed comfortable. ACs are installed throughout the apartment. It was nice to have house plants and good natural light. The location is great for strolling to Galle Face Green. Many thanks to Faazil for easy communication, hassle free check in and flexible check in-out times.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exactly as described in the listing (if not better!) and spotlessly clean. The location of the property perfectly located for whatever needed to do. It is about 50 meters from the main road, so you don't hear the noise from the main road. It was incredibly convenient and made exploring a breeze. The nivanka/nadee were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. There was a full time care taker at the property and the Shanika - property manager was very helpful. Whatever questions were resolved over a text message I truly felt at home during my stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again the next time. Thank you, for such a memorable stay!

What a great place to stay. Hosts are exceptionally thoughtful and considerate. The room is in great condition, very spacious and well maintained. It’s on a safe and quiet side street with a nice garden and a cat. But you can walk easily to the beach or nearby malls and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

This is my second stay within three weeks. That’s said it all. The accommodation itself is like at home. Great restaurants nearby and with good transport link. Top it all, the host is very helpful and always treated you like his friend. Thanks for all your help Ranjit (Osh’s dad). Looking forward to staying at yours next time.

My elderly mother, a relative and myself stayed at Prasanna’s place. Prasanna was a friendly host and facilitated especially the needs of my mother. The house was a silent peaceful place. I managed to read a lot in my stay and participated online conference from there. We had good overnight sleep in those great air conditioned rooms. The garden was spacious with lots of trees . Many of them had local fruit which we enjoyed with permission from Prasanna. Local areas were still villages and good to experience the feel of Sri Lankan villages

Ranil should more clearly explain regarding the service being provided by the staff. When we ordered this villa we were not even aware of the fact there were services included and we had our own cook, maintenance specialist and a personal manager. Apart from that, everything was amazing. This villa is for somebody who wants quiet and be away from civilization for a while

Great play to stay and see the real sri-lanka. Velu & Charminder who look after the house and are on hand for pretty much anything are very friendly and helpful and were great for explaining how things work in Sri Lanka. The house is roomy, the garden is lovely - we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Everything was really fine. The apartment is bigger than on the images and we could use two balconys. The family was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. All in all we can recommend the place and would come back at any time.

This is a sweet little house just up the road from Moragalla Beach. The beach is protected by a coral reef so it's perfect for little kids. It's very easy to travel by train from Colombo or points south. Don't miss the Fish Market in Maradana or the Gem Market in China Fort. We also enjoyed charter fishing and seeing the baby turtles at the nearby hatchery. Best of all though was the caretaker, Victor and his wonderful family. Thanks to them for everything they did to make us feel welcomed and at home.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. We had no issues during our visit . Added extras like tea/coffee, crackers , chocolate biscuits, soft drinks & bananas were a sweet touch . Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Shiffan has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His house was beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and private retreat. I highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka for a truly memorable experience.

The apartment was nice and cosy. Had lovely views of the city and the sea. Located in a safe area with security at the ground level. Lots of amenities within walking distance or a short tuk ride away. Ahmed and Shaira are also sweet and very responsive hosts. They personally came to check us in and out. They even have a little guide with recommendations for tourists. No regrets staying in Alfred Fern. Definitely will go back again on our next trip to Colombo!

Stayed with 2 other people. Tamara was a great host. She was very helpful and communicative. She was particularly helpful as we navigated our airport cab driver who needed additional directions. You get what you see in the photos on the listing. A note for people with big bags or luggage: you will have to use stairs to get to the rooms (one room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen and dining, and the other two are on the 3rd) The rooms had towels and linens, comfy beds, although could do with a bit more dusting prior to people checking in. Tamara left bottled water for us in the fridge as well, which we appreciated. You will have all the basic necessities. While it's not a major issue, we were surprised by the open holes in the bathroom showers. They are high enough to give you privacy, but open out into the side of the building with no screen or cover. Overall, this is a good choice if you need a safe place to sleep and leave your things, as you explore Colombo.

We dealt with Jenny who was very responsive and met us at checkin to show us around. The place was great, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed and more. I didn’t expect hair dryers in both bathrooms, pool and gym towels and access to Netflix were all amazing additions. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We felt safe as it’s a very lively area full of restaurants and shops, plus having security guide at the entrance helped. The only negative is that the pool area didn’t have any chairs or places to put belongings, but this is an issue for building management rather than our wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four enjoyed Vasanty’s place so much. The view is amazing and there’s so much natural light into the apartment it was lovely. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. A couple of minutes to the beach, and lots of restaurants close by. We felt very safe and the security guard was lovely and very helpful, including getting us tuktuks when needed. The infinity pool was great and we had the place to ourselves. The pool chair cushions and gym probably need an upgrade but minor issues in comparison to all the positives.
