This is a beautiful apartment! We loved staying here. It is so cozy here and yet so elegant. We’d love to spend a month here. You can easily walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The hosts were amazing. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Sonia’s place with 2 teenagers. Everything worked perfectly. It’s in a walking distance for all the attractions. Nice restaurants in the surroundings. We had such a wonderful stay in Firenze. We’d definitely come back.

Sergio was very kind and friendly. Apartment is located in nice neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and public transport. If you are carrying heavy luggage then keep in mind that you have to walk up narrow staircases. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a bit tight and smaller than I expected but overall we had a good stay.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

The Loft was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show but even more beautiful in person. The property is beautiful and very well setup from parking to getting to your room and the pool. The Loft has all the amenities you need, we cooked there quite often with ease. It is a close drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed in February so it was quite chilly and weren't able to enjoy the pool or the area to it's full potential but I could just imagine how spectacular it would be staying here in the summer. The Loft has 3 AC/Heat machine's to keep the loft at the temperature you please. Chiara is very nice and super responsive and will solve any of your needs right away. I would highly recommend staying here!

The views were spectacular from the balconies on the second and third floor. There is an elevator which made it easy to get luggage to and from the rooms.

Lorenzos place was perfect, exactly as advertised and really quiet too. Lorenzo was super responsive and made the whole process very easy.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly
