Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Alessandro and his wife are two young, very nice, and very helpful people. The apartment is located in a condominium surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean walkways, equipped with all comforts, as indicated in the proposal, welcoming, and it's like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if necessary, care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with education, familiarity and courtesy, in a nutshell, very well. We highly recommend everyone to take advantage of this apartment for a stay in Rome. We will certainly seize this opportunity in the future, if it is available. Sirio

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto,but living it from Stefano's house was a unique experience...the view,the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs),the infinity of stars to contemplate(in fact I brought the telescope and I would definitely like to point out this place to astrophiles like me)for what I paid for. Stefano's house is simply beautiful,cozy(like him),warm,comfortable and equipped with everything you need. One pamper for our dogs who were able to safely break free. Stefano is also a delight,he explains everything about the house and not only(excursions,food, surroundings),and chatting is truly a pleasure. I'll be back soon.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.
