the apartment is very well located, quiet but very close to the port, the beach and not far from the city center. It is spacious for a studio and has a nice terrace.

Antoine and his family are responsive and welcoming. The apartment is nice, well-equipped and in a good location. We would recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Very good stay at Cindy's with 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Pablo Picasso beach with its parking (for a fee) is very good and easy to access. Quiet residence with super nice neighbors. Very welcoming house. The air conditioning in each room is very very pleasant, especially with the high heat we had. The games for children as well as the tubular pool were a real plus too . Cindy was accommodating and attentive and always available. Super stay, really not disappointed.

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

We had a lovely time, the house was perfect, clean , the criteria matched the description. The garden is very beautiful, fenced, perfect for dogs. All equipment was functional. Thanks to Jimmy for his kindness and responsiveness Very good address and a very nice house Thanks a lot

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a small problem with the gate, and very accommodating when at our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very nice outside!

This was our second time staying at Corinne's apartment. Excellent location, amazing views, super clean apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Corinne has a lovely spirit and is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from and extensive supermarket opposite, good wine shop nearby and ice cream place with lots of flavours!We had such a wonderful relaxing break and can't to return!

This place is perfect for a trip to Nice! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. It's steps away from the beach and is close to restaurants and cool attractions. If I were to have one critique, it would be that the curtains were sheer so it got very bright early in the morning. The host was also very responsive! You should book this place!

Great value for money for this place. We were 2 couples staying there. Yara was responsive to our requests. The accommodation was very well located between train station and center. Not noisy, this place was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this listing without problem. Thank you Yara.

I can write a book about this place. It was perfect in every way. First of all, the view was phenomenal each morning and night. The host was very attentive even before arriving to care about easy check-in. There were plenty of linens, supplies, dishes, and cooking utensils. Everything was carefully selected and I was impressed with the beauty of presentation. The decorations inside house is stunning. The bed is large and very very comfortable. I am very sensitive about noise. The heating sound was almost none. At night, the neighbor and surroundings were very quiet. The place is located at the top of hill. Some people wrote reviews about lots of stairs but I did not have any problems. Plenty of stores were within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. I can’t wait to return.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very well equipped: electric roller shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Ideal for a family. The space is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc and the TV in the living room is large and there are the Netflix accounts already set up for guests in several languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

Great apartment that is very well equipped and offers an absolute highlight with the balcony. Only the connection to Cannes is a bit complicated (especially in the evening), but the apartment can't do anything about that.

Stunning Airbnb, one of the best we've stayed in [and I think we're up over 30 stays within the last year]. Such a lovely comfortable apartment, with luxury finishes, including the biggest TV I've ever seen. The location is unbeatable, footsteps to the beach, a convenient local supermarket, and loads of quality bars and restaurants. Great communication! We will most definitely be back. Place was as described. Very neat and tidy. Spacious with everything you could need. Stefania was a star. She immediately sorted out an issue and came out to discuss. She went above and beyond to assist. Only point to note is that the parking area is very tight and best for small compact vehicle. I would recommend the place and stay there again.
