best place to stay in Verona

The place is very nice and we would go back there anytime. The apartment was incredibly clean and the air conditioning made the warmth bearable for us on the hot days. We were able to sleep incredibly well there. Lake Garda is a few minutes' walk away, as well as the swimming spots. Restaurants and shopping are also a few minutes' walk away. We would recommend the place at any time and will definitely be back.

Lovely spacious apartment. Close to city centre as well as Verona Porto Nuovo train station. Would thoroughly recommend.

The two of us stayed in the apartment for two nights. Check-in was easy and maximum flexible. The apartment is very cozy and has flair - with wooden beams on the ceiling and decorative, open masonry as an accent. Everything you need is there and we immediately felt very comfortable. My highlight was the small balcony out to the very quiet courtyard. In the morning we could have a great breakfast in the sun and there is also sun in the afternoon. Downtown can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Ingrid was always very easy to reach and extremely helpful. The location, the great apartment and the nice hostess were perfect for us. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

Valerio and Matteo are wonderful friendly hosts who ensure you are comfortable and feel right at home. Their place is right in the heat of Desenzano conveniently near ferries, the lake and good restaurants and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would certainly like to stay there again.

Alessandro was a very welcoming host. He gave us directions on what to do and where to eat. He was always available and always responded quickly to questions/requests. the house is really nice, clean, tidy, has everything you need; it has the bus stop nearby but we always walked, more or less 30 minutes from Piazza Bra. We had a great weekend. We hope to be back soon.

The house is tastefully furnished, the spaces are divided in a smart way. The house is centrally located but at the same time in a quiet alley. The house is on the ground floor and is all flat without the architectural barriers. The docia and opening gives you wide sounds. These features make it possible to use the house for those who use wheelchairs, crutches, etc. The host is extremely kind, responds quickly, with advice and leaves us with many thoughts such as wines, water, fresh. We loved Massimo's sunny apartment with peaceful front yard over looking olive trees and blossoms where we enjoyed breakfast Situated a handy walking distance to Lake Garda where we had to have Campari Spirz by the lakeside watching swans and ducks as the sun was setting A must! A bonus to have a well stocked pantry with essentials. Full kitchen with reasonable sized lounge bedroom and bathroom. The apartment had a homely feel with some Massimo's daughters art work. Clean and nicely decorated. Massimo was friendy and quick to respond to any queries. Great to have a private garage under the apartment. Enjoyed the local historical sites including a Castle with a moat and some interesting Roman ruins at the end of the peninsula

We had really enjoyed staying at Carlo's apartment. Steps away from small marina, beautiful park right by the Lake Garda and breathtaking mountain views. Real cherry on the top was relaxing evenings in a private sauna and hot tub. Carlo was always fast to reply with polite and helpful messages. This place is a real gem and we would highly recommend it to all fellow travellers.

The accommodation and especially the view is fantastically beautiful! Gianangelo and his son Lucio welcomed us in a friendly way and are very likeable and accommodating hosts. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the great time!

Very nice and accommodating contact. I would definitely recommend the apartment and is also well suited for up to four people! The highlight is of course the hot tub.

Little slice of heaven, only 3 accommodations that make this place very private. Services worthy of a beautiful hotel. Bonus for the spa accessible from all rooms giving access to a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and jacuzzi. The view and natural pool beautifully complete the exceptional character of the place.

We stayed as a couple for 5 nights in this beautiful apartment, which is (through a separate entrance via a staircase) in the house of an older lady - super parking right by the house. 🏡 The kitchen of the apartment was well equipped with a cooking pot and several pans to cook, as well as cutlery and dishes. A coffee machine, a milk frother, and an electric kettle. In the living area there is a sofa that invites you to sit, and the dining area with fantastic views of Lake Garda. Bedrooms and bathrooms have a strong slope, which was no problem for us (we are 1.60 m - 1.70 m small😅). The garden with direct access to the lake is the heart of the house, an absolute favorite place. A barbecue, 2 sun loungers and a table with four chairs leave nothing to be desired. In addition, there is the hot tub, which was clean and well maintained, so we could also "bathe" in March. Thank you for this wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice place to stay with beautiful views from the hot tub over Lake Garda

Luisa's place has an optimal location on Lake Garda. You can easily take the bus or ferry to surrounding cities. Luisa gave us helpful tips upon arrival and was always easily accessible for questions. The apartment was clean and corresponds to the pictures in the photos. Unfortunately, we only had to buy a blanket as there was only a throw and a linen cloth on the bed. Oil, salt and pepper were also out of stock, unlike described. But there are plenty of shops nearby, so that was no problem. Overall, we can leave a very good review and thank you for the time at Lake Garda.

The apartment was beautiful and matched perfectly the description and was actually even better! The location on the lake is really superb. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect space. It was a wonderful space to take some much needed time out and recharge. I can thoroughly recommend!!
