We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. The property is in a wonderful area, quiet, and poor with electromagnetic waves. Basic amenities are missing, but it's definitely a great place to disconnect and relax. Equipped with your own vehicle (essential!) you have the opportunity to visit cities and beaches of Tuscany and Liguria. Marco is a great host. He lives next door and is available for anything you need. I can only recommend the place!

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Bella's place! We were greeted personally and also got some good tips for activities in the area. Communication with Bella went smoothly, she always responded very quickly and helpfully to questions. The breakfast was also very delicious and plentiful, and from the terrace you have a really great view!

The apartment and location were exactly as I had hoped. If I am going to Bologna again, I will write to Fabio and ask if I can stay in his apartment. It really made the trip lovely that my friend and I could stay there!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very well appointed, spacious and well-equipped. Responsive and accommodating host. We had a pleasant stay. Train station about ten minutes to get to the Cinque Terre. Recommended!

Emilio country house is synonymous with serenity and peace. Immersed in the beautiful Reggiane valleys, you can enjoy priceless peace while being close to the towns. The house is equipped with every comfort as Romina has the art of hospitality: cleanliness, order and comfort. You can park your car inside the property as well as use the outdoor area. If you have to work, the Wi-Fi line is great and takes it throughout the house. Surely it will be my “Emilian house”.

Ivana is the best host we've ever met. A very nice meeting. She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! The apartment is perfect. Peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It is very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I'm not sure when yet, but we'll probably come back someday.

Really lovely apartment! Everything very clean and well furnished, Lucia was very helpful to help us with check-in, excellent value for money and the area is very quiet. Approved!
