Vacation rentals with a patio in Vera-Playa

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation in our stay he was very attentive to us. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems that he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

Delighted with the house and the treatment of the landlords. The house contains all the necessary amenities to spend a few days on vacation without worries, well located, it is even better than what appears in the listing. If we return to Vera, we repeat accommodation without any hesitation.

Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Great apartment to spend a few days. It has a communal pool, was clean, has a patio to live in. Mercedes and her husband were friendly and easily communicable at all times. What's more, we left a garment in his apartment and they adapted to return it without pegas.

FANTASTIC WEEK!!! Andrés' apartment is fantastic, we had a great time by my family and I, the beach 5 min. and the three pools of the urbanization a past the truth ( especially for the girls ). He greeted us to give us the keys Javier and he gave us everything very much showed us the apartment and everything was perfect and very clean , they also left us many things that we didn't need to buy ( gel, shampoo, coffee pods, etc …) I'm sure we'll come back because we've been very agusto. Wonderful finde! The apartment is nine, super clean and great equipped. The truth is that I was surprised by how close it is to the pool, literally you go out and there you have it, it's also very cool. The very good location, we made shopping in Mercadona which was next door and the ideal distance beach, close enough to approach you in just a few minutes and far enough to enjoy in a quiet area. A success to travel around this time of the year, temperature of 10 and super nice atmosphere. Thank you to the host for her treatment, super nice and attentive! Oh, and self check-in,no one relies on the keys, you enter with a code!!

We were looking for a quiet location in a nice area : the house that Bea and Daniël offered answered dar 100%. A beautiful, modern house with all amenities. In addition, Bea and Daniel were very friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and responded very quickly if we had a question during our stay. In short : recommended. The surroundings of El Pinar are particularly beautiful, especially if you enjoy hiking and excursions. The coast is not far(15 minutes by car to Garrucha) and a stone's throw away you will find beautiful villages like Bedar and Mojacar. And for those who drive an electric car like us: at barely 5 km there is a fast charger (60 Kwh) available (on the camiping in Los Gallardos)

Absolute pleasure to have stayed at Lucia's place to spend our vacation. The house comes with everything you need, it's cozy and very comfortable. Everything the hostess offers in the description of the property adapts with what you find. We will definitely return since also the area is perfect for rest and walking you find EVERYTHING you need, restaurants, supermarkets, beach.. nothing is missing. Overall a wonderful vacation. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Lovely compact and comfortable apartment on a beautiful complex. Communication with Rodrigo is pleasant, fast and pragmatic.

I stayed with Carmen. Over the winter time super loving woman, apartment super everything you need. Less than 300 meters to the beach. Restaurant nearby 50 meters. A bus stop is also close by. If necessary I was very happy with everything. happy to come back.

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. The photos do NOT do the place justice.

I enjoyed my short stay. The beach is across the street. Restaurants and shops are plentiful and easy to walk to. I loved walking along the promenade. I got lost trying to find it. Ask for the name of a restaurant nearby to use as a landmark. That will make it easier to find. Most buildings don't have numbers on them.

The place is quiet and tranquil. Convenient because it is close to the grocery store and the beach.

We only stayed one day but we were very comfortable. The apartment is fine, with a lack of maintenance on some things (handles, taps, ...) but it is normal. This type of accommodation has a lot of battle in summer. In any case Álvaro was very grateful for letting her know the little damages and fully willing to solve them. A maintenance person came almost immediately. Otherwise great. As well decorated as it looks in the photos and well equipped. The two air conditioners make the stay very nice. The terraces, especially the rooftop, great to spend some time in the evening. But I definitely put it through the urbanization. Very nice and quiet. It looks like a true oasis. No noisy kids or jaleo. There are people, but it is civilized and friendly. It's about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the beach. In short, a very pleasant stay. It is possible that we will repeat next year more days.

The house was amazing and so comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially relaxing on the roof top terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises. It’s a perfect location with so much to do. A car helped us explore further beyond beautiful Mojacar. Romaine is a perfect host and we were grateful for the whole experience, enhanced by Romaines support, evident right from the point of booking our holiday. It’s all perfect and the house is so tastefully put together, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We will return without a doubt!
