Vacation rentals with a patio in Vera-Playa

Hermoso apartamento, aún mejor que las fotos. Las vistas al mar y la montaña atrás una combinación espectacular. Parking al aire libre muy cómodo en las instalaciones. Estuve en invierno primeros días de Marzo no había mucho movimiento en la zona de los restaurantes, es ideal para descansar y aprovechar para hacer comida casera ya que cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada y limpia. Estuvimos, mi mamá, mi abuela y yo y disfrutamos cada momento. Pude utilizar también el cómodo escritorio con silla estilo gamer y muy buen internet que yo particularmente valoro mucho. Realice una reserva a último momento y fueron muy amables. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo!!!

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Das Apartment war sauber und gut eingerichtet,auch das Bett war bequem. Gabriel ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Wir sind das erste mal in Mojacar Almeria gewesen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dazu beigetragen hat dieses wunderschöne Apartment mit einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Wir hatten den Pool der Anlage sowie den Strand fast ganz für uns alleine, sodass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Allein der Blick aus dem Fenster des Schlafzimmers und des Balkons hat uns täglich ein sehr besonderes Urlaubsgefühl beschert und für eine innere Ruhe und Entspannung gesorgt. Wir können diese Urlaubsunterkunft sehr empfehlen, besonders für Personen die in ihrem Urlaub mal so richtig abschalten und trotzdem Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen möchten. Das Dorf Mojacar pueblo ist sehr sehenswert.. La noche de velas an der das Dorf komplett mit Kerzen beleuchtet wird war bezaubernd anzuschauen. Begeistert waren wir von der Flamenconshow im tablao El Pimiento in Mojacar pueblo. Unternommen haben wir u.a. Ausflüge nach Almeria, Roquetas de Mar, Cartagena und La Manga.

Apartamento genial para pasar unos dias. Tiene piscina comunitaria, estaba limpio, tiene patio para hacer vida en él. Mercedes y su marido se mostraron amables y fácilmente comunicables en todo momento. Es mas, nos dejamos una prenda en su apartamento y se adaptaron para devolvérnosla sin pegas.

¡¡¡SEMANA FANTÁSTICA!!! El apartamento de Andrés es fantástico, lo hemos pasado muy bien mi familia y yo, la playa a 5 min. y las tres piscinas de la urbanización una pasada la verdad ( sobre todo para las niñas ). Nos recibió para entregarnos las llaves Javier y nos facilitó todo muchísimo nos enseñó el apartamento y estaba todo perfecto y limpísimo , además nos dejaron muchas cosas que no nos hubiera echo falta comprar ( gel, champú, cápsulas de café, etc ……) Estoy seguro que volveremos porque hemos estado muy agusto. GRACIAS ANDRES

Maravilloso finde! El apartamento está nuevecito , super limpio y genial equipado. La verdad es que me ha sorprendido lo cerquita que está de la piscina, literal sales y ahí la tienes, además está muy chula. La ubicación muy buena, hicimos compra en Mercadona que estaba al lado y la playa distancia ideal, lo suficientemente cerca para acercarte en escasos minutos y lo suficientemente lejos para disfrutar en una zona tranquila. Un acierto viajar en esta época de año, temperatura de 10 y ambiente súper agradable. Gracias a la anfitriona por su trato, super agradable y atenta! Ah y la llegada autónoma un puntazo ,no dependes de nadie para la entrega de llaves, entras con código!!

Vrijstaande woning omgeven door een prachtige ruime en afgesloten tuin. We konden de auto, aanhanger en motoren makkelijk parkeren. Huis is sober ingericht maar alles is er. Open haard was fijn in de decembermaand wanneer het toch wat fris kan worden. De woning ligt net buiten Carboneras maar op loopafstand. Rustige omgeving met wat agrarische bedrijven en woningen. In de nacht dus wel wat kraaiende hanen en blaffende honden. Carboneras vonden wij een leuk plaatsje met voldoende cafe's en restaurants zonder heel toeristisch over te komen. Een prachtige boulevard om te wandelen langs het strand. Carmen is een geweldige host die altijd klaar stond, snel reageerde op vragen en regelmatig checkte of alles naar wens was. De internetverbinding volstaat maar is zeker niet snel. Wij hebben er met twee personen remote gewerkt, dat ging goed. We waren ook een week met 4 personen en dan is de verbinding krapjes bemeten. Ons verblijf is goed bevallen, we overwegen zeker om weer terug te komen.

Muy agradable. un poco aislafo, pero si buscas tranquilidad perfecto. playas a 15 minutos en coche. Comunicacion perfecta.

Wij waren op zoek naar een rustige locatie in een mooie omgeving : de woning die Bea en Daniël aanboden beantwoordde dar 100% aan. Een mooi, modern huis met alle voorzieningen. Bovendien bleken Bea en Daniël zeer vriendelijke hosts die ons warm ontvingen bij aankomst en zeer snel reageerden als we tijdens ons verblijf een vraag hadden. Kortom : aan aanrader. De omgeving van El Pinar is bijzonder mooi, zeker als je van wandelen en uitstappen houdt. De kust is niet ver(15 minuten met de auto tot Garrucha) en op een steenworp afstand vind je prachtige dorpjes als Bedar en Mojacar. En voor diegenen die zoals wij met een elektrische auto rijden : op amper 5 km is er een snellader (60 Kwh) beschikbaar (op de camiping in Los Gallardos)

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Heerlijk compact en comfortabel appartement op een prachtig complex. Communicatie met Rodrigo is prettig, snel en pragmatisch.

Ich war zu Gast bei Carmen. Über die Winterzeit super liebevolle Frau, Apartment super alles was man braucht. Keine 300 Meter bis zum Strand. Restaurant in der Nähe 50 Meter. Eine bushalte ist auch nahe. Falls nötig ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem. gerne wieder.

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. The photos do NOT do the place justice.

Dit is echt een pareltje. Heel mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement. Parkeren voor het complex. Duidelijke incheckinstructies middels video. Genoten van het uitzicht en de zonsopkomst. Kleine buurtsuper iets verderop. Het authentieke Mojàcar is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. Aan het eind van de boulevard ligt een wandelpad richting het Castello de Macenas ook passeer je de rots de Nazoreeër.

El alojamiento muy limpio y muy bien acondicionado. El trato con la anfitrión muy bueno

Nos alojamosn solo un día pero estuvimos muy a gusto. El apartamento está bien, con falta de mantenimiento en algunas cosillas (manivelas, grifos, ...) pero es normal. Este tipo de alojamientos tiene mucha batalla en verano. En cualquier caso Álvaro se mostró muy agradecido por hacerle saber los pequeños desperfectos y plenamente dispuesto a solucionarlos. Una persona de mantenimiento acudió casi de inmediato. Por lo demás genial. Tan bien decorado como se ve en las fotos y bien equipado. Los dos equipos de aire acondicionado hacen la estancia muy agradable. Las terrazas, sobre todo la azotea, geniales para pasar un rato por la noche. Pero lo mejo, sin duda, la urbanización. Muy bonita y tranquila. Parece un verdadero oasis. Nada de niños ruidosos ni jaleo. Hay gente, pero es civilizada y amable. Está a unos 10 - 15 minutos andando dela playa. En resumen una estancia muy agradable. Es posible que repitamos el año que viene más días.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
