The Host Semih and her property were outstanding! Her thoughtful attention to detail and her kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and friendly customer service presence made for a pleasant overall experience. Semih was responsive and conscientiously proactive in communicating information regarding activities that could potentially cause inconveniences to her guests. The location and setting of the property is private, beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil. I am pleased and grateful for my experience staying at Semih’s property. I would highly recommend reserving Semih’s property if you are looking to visit beautiful Southern California. I am looking forward to my next visit to Los Angeles and Semih’s property will be my first choice when looking for lodging.

This bungalow is fabulous and so is Darlene. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very easy to find parking on the street right in front. Darlene was so helpful and even brought me a small loaf of delicious banana nut bread one day. Yum ! The bungalow has pretty much everything you could possibly need for a short stay near the beach in Santa Monica. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Contrasting with busy LA, Michelle and Gary's guest house is quite peaceful. The entrance is off a side street, and the window in the guest house looks out to a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic. Michelle went above and beyond by unplugging the house and guest house wifi overnight for us (EMF sensitive people--this house could be your recipe for a good night's sleep!). The mattresses were comfortable, the fresh California air sweet and cool (we sleep with the windows cracked), and the owl hooting outside was just a wonderful bonus. We were able to take Gary's advice one morning and get out for a walk before the sun was too high--lovely neighborhood to explore. We used the fridge and sink but not the microwave. There is a short step in the middle of the house--don't forget like I did! As others remarked, the interior wall is shared with main house. If you are light sensitive, you may need to cover the windows at night. Overall, we loved staying in this guest house and would come again!

Martha’s place in Santa Monica is a gem. It’s a beautiful and private guest house yet within walking distance to everything. We walked to the promenade, Palisades Park, lots of restaurants and cute shopping neighborhoods. Martha is a fabulous host. We had everything we needed in the guest house and many sweet touches like snacks and extra bathroom soaps, etc. Martha has a beautiful china cabinet filled with lovely dishes that looked too pretty to use and felt extra special. I’d stay at Martha’s again for sure and will check to see if it’s available next time I go to LA.

If you want privacy Jon's place is perfect, detached self containd bungalow. Quiet and secluded. Perfect if you want No interuptions. Plus Jon responds immediatly, great host, and great space.

A perfect place to feel at home in a peaceful cozy environment while being very near the beach , great restaurants, and shopping and easy access to other parts of the city. The host is all you would expect and more from the best of air b and b..

This place was even better than the pictures! Sweeping views of the city and church steeples from the big windows and shaded under a large jacaranda tree, this place was the perfect quiet spot to work for a week. And conveniently central to most LA neighborhoods, I was never more than 25 minutes from my destination. Love the old Hollywood style building and decoration. Love being in the most diverse neighborhood in LA. And having a bath was an extra treat.

Rose's place was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, has beautiful views, it's private and quiet, has amazing amenities, and Rose was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We felt so welcomed and right at home. Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Super clear and guided instructions for check in/out. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed my stay! Highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet, not too far from any major tourist destinations/attractions.

This was my second stay at Bo’s place. Check in and communication with him was great. It’s on a beautiful street in a nice neighborhood. My daughter and her family live in the same neighborhood and this is a great place for me to come and stay while I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be in the area and you’re close to the beach… Just about 2 miles away. His kitchen is well stocked, and he has treats and water for the guests. I’m sure I will be back again.

Jonathan and the studio exceeded my expectations. He is professional and polite. The entire studio could have not been cleaner and more organized, filled with attention to details. Safe, great, centrical location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The apartment was very cozy, clean, and pretty. The area is walkable. And Anand was proactive and responsive. We felt at home.

Loved how close the house was to everything on the W. Side. I had meetings in Santa Monica, Venice, Mar Vista and it was really easy to get to. Loved how quiet the place was (there was a baby crying in the morning, but I'm up early anyway, so didn't matter). Super clean space, comfy bed and lots of street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Chris and Scully’s place was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautiful, had all the proper amenities, cozy linens, etc. It was very clean and my friend and I felt right at home. We had a lovely time staying and didn’t want to leave - couldn’t recommend their place more! They were amazing hosts and very accommodating. Thank you guys!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and productive trip. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to unwind after a long day. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. When I return for work, I’ll definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

We had a wonderful stay and Alex was the perfect host. Their place is connected to their home and fit us perfectly for our week plus stay. My favorite was the electric fireplace. Instruction book was clear and they were quick to respond. There is a new shopping / movie plaza close by with a great Trader Joe’s. Many other grocery stores near-by as well as an In-N-Out Burger - which we took advantage of. Their location fit us well as we traveled to Burbank - Universal Studios (twice) - SoFi Stadium (went to a YouTube theatre event) and to the Santa Monica Pier. Since we were there for a week, we were grateful for the laundry machines. We highly recommend Alex and this location if you are planning a visit to the area.

Myrna and Bruce were incredible hosts, and their listing was perfect! The apartment was spotless and was in a great location as well. On the day that I checked in, Myrna messaged me asking when I was planning on arriving so that she could have the heat and lights on for me, which I thought was super nice. They left the entire driveway empty so that we could park right in front of the house, and the check in process was very easy! Inside the apartment, Myrna and Bruce provided some toiletries, as well as a little treat to eat! I loved staying here, and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to California!😄

Jane's place was perfect for us. It was well located, easy to access. Jane was extremely responsive when we asked to come one night early and she was able to accommodate us. The apartment was perfect with 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bath located in the hall. The large living area was a comfortable space to relax. The pictures reflect the space nicely. We really enjoyed it and found the hosts very friendly in person when we met them quickly. Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.
