Vacation rentals in Ventura

We had a fantastic stay—our kids absolutely loved it and begged to stay longer every single day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with gorgeous morning strolls and stunning evening sunsets. We especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly—the built-in dog door in the bedroom was such a thoughtful detail, letting our pup come and go without waking us. After full days of kayaking around the Channel Islands, relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked for home-cooked meals, and the welcome snacks were a lovely touch. We also loved not having to pack beach gear—the hosts had everything covered: toys, canopy, towels, you name it. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the host’s kindness in offering us a late checkout made our departure so much smoother. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing location. Loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and smart n final for light grocery shopping. Friendly and communicative hosts. :)

Gorgeous accommodation. The garden is also beautiful and perfect for a SoCal evening. Loved staying here. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Ventura area. Very nice home it’s very comfy with the massage chair and definitely worth paying a little more to use fire pit, bbq grill and hot tub! We had an amazing getaway here so would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ventura area

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the sister property next door multiple times over the past 11 years. Clare has always been responsive, professional, and kind. Any time we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. The property has the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, and the courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach!

We absolutely loved Bobbie's place! It was the perfect cozy space for our long weekend getaway! It was a short walk from the cute shops and restaurants in Montecito, and also walkable to Rosewood Miramar Beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful. There is some highway noise, but they provided white noise machines and earplugs for sleeping, which is super helpful for light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The outdoor area was also really neat, we enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole during our stay as well.

Our family booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was very clean and uncluttered. We had an amazing time together cooking, playing games and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Teri's place is a lovely little oasis - feels cozy and private as soon as you're thru the front gate. Walkable to downtown Ventura - highly recommend the Frontside Cafe for breakfast! Everything else as described! Would stay again. Thanks Teri!
