Fantastic ocean view apartment right on the seaside promenade. The best location in Almería. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, the highlight is definitely the private panorama terrace one floor higher. María and Carlos are very responsive and kind hosts.

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation in our stay he was very attentive to us. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems that he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

We loved passing the bridge here. The apartment was very nice and the terrace with great views. In addition, Las Negras has stolen a gap in our heart. We'll be back for sure. Thank you Maria!

Clean apartment, well located and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is one pass. The communal pool is large and with the hot water, it's great for kids. The beach is very close and there are also shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking lot, the square is very large and is in front of the access door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to repeat. The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

The casita is super comfortable, with unbeatable views! It was a great stay, Alessandra is a very good host, she helped us in everything and was always pending. Definitely if you want to unwind and relax with the best views of Cabo de Gata this is your place! We'll be back!

House had everything we needed for our 6 week stay. Cooking facilities, comfortable bed and hot shower. Large roof terrace. Very interesting village with beautiful beaches nearby. Great area for cycling ( on and off road ) also for hiking First visit to this part of Spain and will definitely return. Eli was perfect host and was always available if we had any questions

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

We enjoyed Nicolas's beautiful house. The view from the roof terrace is great. Cycling and hiking is possible along the beach and to Mojacar. In short, we have a very sunny stay had.

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The area is nice, what happiness! See you very soon for a fourth stay! And thank you for welcoming us to your little paradise!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. The photos do NOT do the place justice.

Rosa is amazing a truly great host and her place is everything you can think of. The place is in a very good location with great views.

I enjoyed my short stay. The beach is across the street. Restaurants and shops are plentiful and easy to walk to. I loved walking along the promenade. I got lost trying to find it. Ask for the name of a restaurant nearby to use as a landmark. That will make it easier to find. Most buildings don't have numbers on them.

We only stayed one day but we were very comfortable. The apartment is fine, with a lack of maintenance on some things (handles, taps, ...) but it is normal. This type of accommodation has a lot of battle in summer. In any case Álvaro was very grateful for letting her know the little damages and fully willing to solve them. A maintenance person came almost immediately. Otherwise great. As well decorated as it looks in the photos and well equipped. The two air conditioners make the stay very nice. The terraces, especially the rooftop, great to spend some time in the evening. But I definitely put it through the urbanization. Very nice and quiet. It looks like a true oasis. No noisy kids or jaleo. There are people, but it is civilized and friendly. It's about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the beach. In short, a very pleasant stay. It is possible that we will repeat next year more days.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.
