What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

What's more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter responded to the moon and the "stars"... it's quite that, a return to the source, the simplicity, the land, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, there is nothing missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thank you Karin we will be back!

Everything was great with Tomás! The house is located in a quiet environment but very close to the black village where you have everything, plus a lot of atmosphere. The decor of the house is very well cared for and everything is very convenient

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

We had a great time. I don't know who said the bed was uncomfortable, I slept in luxury. Air conditioning and heating are available. Good place to have a drink outside and enjoy the terraces. It's next to the beach, in fact you just cross one street. Jose was great and we have 4 dogs. He is a great man. There are people who post “we admit pets” but then book and they throw you back for having 4 dogs. Jose accepted all 4 of them.

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

The apartment is nice and has a spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and decorated with pleasure. A 10 in cleaning. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. We were resolved doubts and offered all kinds of suggestions. They have been of great help. We have fallen in love with the area and the house. We will be back!

fabulous stay at Gordon's apartment. Sea views from balcony spectacular. There were also lots extras which helped, like a lovely welcome pack, domestic products firestick tv! The whole experience was great and Hosts were so helpful. Highly recommended.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Wonderful hosts, very welcoming and friendly. Beautifully clean apartment and well equipped in a lovely quiet area. Terrace is a great sun trap to while away a few hours. Highly recommend Kim and Rick’s place if you want to explore the region. Definitely a 10/10.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.

My stay was excellent, we stayed for 2 weeks, we had a great time in the area. Vera Beach is an 8 minute drive. No parking issues. The whole coast is great towards Águilas there are coves with crystal clear water, then towards Mojácar there is more atmosphere. Mercadona 100m away. The apartment is very clean, very cozy, with everything you need, with everything you need to feel at home. It's not missing a detail. The air conditioning and dishwasher are appreciated. Pool with no schedules and very well cared for and parking within the community. I don't know what more could be asked for. Thank you to the owners Miguel and her lady and cleaning lady Ana Mari, they were very kind and hospitable.

We have spent a great few days in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable conditions, highly recommended and I will definitely repeat it is very good. The owners were very friendly and the treatment was a charm.

We looked through 300 apartments for our road trip through Spain and Sam and Mats's apartment was clearly the outperformer. The house is really well designed. You drive practically directly into it and go from your own parking lot to the elevator. A great apartment, well furnished, in a style that you would also choose yourself. Great location and a view like in the movie. The beds are good, the bathroom just great. Strong water pressure, hot water, all very functional. If you like to cook, you will find everything in the kitchen. Also, all appliances work very well. You can also endure it here for longer. And the terrace is actually indescribable!!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

It was a great stay at Amber place. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.
