Very beautiful place and a perfect home base to visit national parks and such around the area. Host is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again if I were to come back!

We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 children) in the apartment for 6 days. It was an ideal base camp to visit Bled, walk through Triglav Park or Jezersco (less touristy but just as beautiful). As all the comments warn, you have to get used to the ringing of the bells and the absence of blinds in the rooms, but the beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped, and the hosts are friendly. We recommend it!

Renovated apartment with all comforts, the kitchen does not have all the accessories that would be needed to make it feel like home, but overall it is a nice apartment... too bad for the complex in which it is located, quite dated and in need of some improvements such as redoing the wooden stairs that lead to the apartment (very bad conditions, very wobbly), light in the hallway that leads to the apartment is absent, in the evening it is dark and not really practicable. Tea, however, is an active and helpful host for all needs. I recommend it for the value.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and inviting. It was nice to have the kitchen to cook a few meals and save on dining out. It's a small detail, but we really appreciated all the hooks everywhere! Usually there is nowhere to hang towels, coats, etc. and it's so nice to have.

Simon was a great host. He arranged for us to eat a delicious meal of local cuisine, with family-made sausages and garden vegetables. We learned about the history of the area, and grew to appreciate his whole family. We felt so much at home! We highly recommend staying at Miranda's Bar, where hospitality has been at the highest standard for five generations. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spacious. The village of Pivka is quiet and picturesque, and near to the cave and castle attractions. We want to come back!

Perfect accomodation for a quiet getaway in Bled. 5 minutes drive into the town and a lovely bakery a few minutes away

We stayed for 3 nights the last days of the year. Vera welcomed us on our arrival, the house was warm and welcoming extremely clean, the bathroom large and with a nice shower always with hot water, the kitchen with everything you need and maybe even more, the accessories were new. I have rarely found an apartment so well supplied. Comfortable beds and no noise either day or night The surroundings are fantastic just 20 minutes' walk to the lake but away from the crowd. I highly recommend it!! Vera is a present and ready host and quick to respond to messages and needs.
