Nice hosts and amazing place to stay. It's a little bit to walk up to the cabin but it strengthens the feeling of staying in a mountain cabin.

The house was a bit hard to find because the exact address was not provided. In summer you can probably recognize the house very well, but in winter it is very difficult to find the house. The roads are cleared in winter, but not regularly. A car with all-wheel drive and winter tires is very important. The house is in a very nice and quiet location. However, it is very remote and the road to the village is one-lane and full of snow and ice, so be careful. The decor was very cozy. There is a fireplace for heating and underfloor heating. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom is also very good. For the washing machine, however, you need help from the host, as it is a very old model and difficult to use. The house was very clean and towels were available. The garbage cans are not located in front of the house, but at the exit to the street.

Super nice accommodation! We had a wonderful week hiking and running around Fjærland. We rented a sauna and enjoyed the magical surroundings around the cabin. The cottage was absolutely perfect, super nice location, fresh and nice. Perfect place to bring the dogs which was really a plus on the edge for us. We thank you very much for our week and would highly recommend this home to others looking for a similar experience!
