Cornelia is very welcoming and kind We received all the needed information a few days before our arrival ; A welcoming gift waited for us in the fridge The house in a very peaceful Land, the flat is wide, with balcony and garden; it is extra clean, well furnished It was just perfect !

A great place to stay, you feel right at home. Mike is a great person and host. He gave us a friendly welcome and we felt very comfortable right away. The place is superbly decorated. Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. We really would have loved to stay longer, but when we come back to Munich we know where we want to stay. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Best regards,

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

We immediately felt at home in Sabine's place and spent a lot of time, especially on the beautiful balcony. The apartment is really equipped with everything you need and modern/cozily furnished. The area is very quiet, has a good location/connection and was the perfect place for a "short break" from the stressful everyday life. Sabine was super friendly and gave us many recommendations for excursions in the area and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend it to others :)

As expected, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay there with relaxing very much. The location is good as it is close to Munich, I have no complaints, it is very comfortable and I want to recommend.
