The place is really excellent and confortable. Great beds,nice,new and tidy sheets and towels. Viviane was extramely helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a cloth for the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb. Hope to visit Quitandinha again soon

The apartment is great! It is in front of the pool, very well located in the condominium, which is wonderful. This is our second time staying there and we hope to come back more often.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Petrópolis! I had a wonderful stay at Alexandre’s apartment in Petrópolis! The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions, restaurants, museums, and downtown just a short walk away. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. You can tell it’s a place where the owners live, as every detail is thoughtfully curated and adds to the charm. Alexandre is an exceptional host—always attentive and quick to respond to any needs or questions. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Cláudia helped us in everything we need very friendly, the well-equipped Flat, cozy, clean and a great pool view, in terms of the structure of the condominium, a good pool, space kids, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and still has the water park villages of the waters I recommend to know, we love the stay and we will definitely be back!!!!

Simple, cozy apartment with spectacular lake views of the Quitandinha Palace

We took a few minutes to find but this was our kkkk's fault, beautiful apê, as in the photos, facing the pool and very close to the park (which you can see it all coming out of the area), restaurant side too. We will definitely go back to repeat the experience was very good

The house is very good and complete. There are two full toilets, simple and spacious and with electric shower, which cater to the 3 bedrooms that are also great in size. The quiet condominium. The highlight is the natural pool formed by the creek that is very close to the house. Gramado beautifully cared for. We had a great stay.

Beautiful place! Casa perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, live is much more beautiful and cozy, we love everything, and we will go back. The housekeeper is a sympathy, ready to help us in what was necessary, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, besides being very polite and discreet. Mr. Willen very cordial, and always ready to answer our questions. We were delighted with the place. All we have to say is thank you 🙏

The house is simply the most beautiful thing. The grandeur that the house presents is not very clear in the photos. Everything beautiful, a great amount of dishes and the place is perfect. I went from the weekend to 02/23/2025 to enjoy my birthday with friends and family. Everyone was delighted with the house, the spaces and the cleanliness of the house. I highly recommend the stay!

The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary equipment, a great natural pool. The Viviane that served us was excellent, extremely helpful and efficient. We like it very much and intend to go back. A single suggestion, the third room should have air-conditioning.

Impeccable house, a great mood to spend the days! The house space was super worth it, very inviting, there was no shortage of utensils in the kitchen and no barbecue area. There is nothing to complain about, everyone loved the environment. Only a mishap with the pool because it had no net to clean it and as it had rains in the afternoon, many insects and leaves came in, but nothing that could be solved. Other than that, perfect! Thank you very much Letícia and the homemade for the hospitality!

My stay at Guilherme's place was as a family for birthday celebration. The house held well a large group of more than 20 people. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house has several refrigerators to hold drinks etc. The swimming pool has a slide for all ages, but that is sensational for children. The outdoor area is great! The great show of the house is the view to the Finger of God, which is really stunning!!!! Our host Guilherme is very nice, proactive and available :) Finally, it was a wonderful weekend in this house with this amazing view!

Our stay was great! The house is impeccable, with rooms very well organized, clean and extremely comfortable, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere at all times. A special highlight is the fact that the house is pet friendly, which made the experience even more memorable, allowing my family to enjoy the trip with the company of our beloved pets. Cristina was an excellent host. Responde Quick, super flexible. We were 6 adults and 2 children and the house.nos answered super well. The view was to take out the breath and to have a private jacuzzi on the terrace was a differential. Quiet condominium, even in the carnival. With an open and covered pool option, it is heated. We found the house super clean and tidy. We'll be back for sure.

I was informed that I would be João's first guest, and without a doubt I could not have chosen a better place! Extremely clean, organized and smelling house. O João super helpful, removed all my doubts, always very requested. My husband and I love! View of the living room, kitchen and bathroom directly to the lake. Comfortable Van, cool environment.. there is nothing to complain about. We'll be back more often!

We loved our stay in Petrópolis and this apartment was perfect for us for one month. It is cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great and it was walking distance everywhere. Highly recommend staying here.
