The house is very good and well-equipped, but I do not suggest taking elderly people or people with mobility issues, as the accesses to the creek, the site of the fire and the lounge chairs are very steep and without any support. The ramp that gives access to the house is not fully paved, well to the side of the property, and qdo rains is dangerous to get bogged down if your car does not have 4 wheel drive. The rooms are great and we do not miss any utensils. The hostess is very attentive, polite and has been shown to be available to help us solve some situations. I recommend the site.

Bed linen and towels were impeccable, which made all the difference. The condominium is extensive and offers numerous options to explore, in addition to having pharmacies and markets nearby, which made our stay much easier. We make the most of everything the condominium and the city have to offer. We went to the circus, attended the New Year's Eve party and had a great time in the pool. The hostess was very helpful from the conversations before the booking was confirmed to the time of checkout. The flat is beautiful and super functional. We found the clean and smelling rooms. The kitchenware and appliances make a difference. I couldn't take advantage of all the condo amenities due to lack of time. But the pool really pleased my little daughter. We will come back for sure.

Located in a condo in a very quiet region and 5 minutes from downtown Itaipava, this apartment is in block near the entrance of the condo, which, in addition to a 24-hour concierge, has ample parking, with a place for hiking / racing, bike path, lake with birds and ornamental fish swimming pool with lifeguard, several barbecues, garden and others, in addition to being close to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and other shops. The Apartment is very functional according to the description and very well equipped and with enough bed and bath linens for our stay, which provided us with comfort and convenience. Hosts, especially Silvana, are very helpful and ready to communicate and guide as often as we request. We were extremely pleased with our stay in this apartment. I highly recommend your stay with Juliane. My girlfriend and I love it. To begin, everything was pertaining to the listing. Very clean and cozy space. In addition, it's a great location since Juliane's space is in the Quintandinha palace. There, you can take a walk and, if you want to go to the center or elsewhere, you have easy access to Uber as well as the bus. In short, it was a flawless experience, going beyond our expectations.

We went in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience on the site. Communication with A Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very well and was very kind to the activities. The premises of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all have wonderful days! The rain makes it a little difficult to travel because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road but passing carefully with we did it. Deixo suggested to have a picpoqueira, we took ours, for the rainy days and a movie in the evening and it was a success!!
