Monthly Rentals in Van Nuys, Los Angeles

We stayed there for a month. The apartment is small but beautiful and we had everything we needed. The best part is the bed. My husband has a bad back but this mattress was one of the best we have had when we are traveling. The house looks awsome and Christmas decoration were so beautiful. Diego and Laura are super hosts and very friendly. We will definitly stay there again.

Virginia was an amazing host! Super helpful and extremely friendly! I booked the place for my mom who was visiting me for a couple weeks. When I we walked into the property it was very beautiful with lots of flowers and plants in the yard and a sweet little fountain and a few benches to sit on to read a book or maybe look up at the stars at night. Inside the space I booked for my mom felt very cozy and at home. Whenever my mom needed anything Virginia was super responsive and happy to help. She is extremely sweet and takes very good care of her property. 10/10 would recommend and book again.

We’ve had the chance to do quite a few visits around the world of Airbnb’s, this one is definitely THE BEST! Christie is going beyond on everything. We can feel the warmth in how they created the suite and they want what’s best for us. The suite is so peaceful and perfect. The treats are so welcome after a long journey. Words are not enough to explain how good this place is, just try for yourself, you won’t regret it! It’s PERFECT. Thanks again Christie & Ian

10/10 host, 10/10 stay. I was here an entire month. Perfect area just above the city that you can drive without getting caught in traffic but close enough to head down when ready. Place was nice and clean and exactly as described. I travel extremely often and own multiple airbnbs in the US. Trust me when I say that this is a good one. Thank you Kelsey!
